<br />The roadway of Hopkins Avenue,formerly Eleventh Street,ror the full width of said road-
<br />way from the northeasterly line of the roadway of Arch Street to the southwesterly line of
<br />the roadway of the County Road;
<br />The roadway of Brewster Avenue,fOrmerly Eighth Street,for the full width of said road-
<br />way from the southwesterly line of Fulton Street to the south line of Broadway; and
<br />The roadway of James Avenue,formerly James Street,for the full width of said roadway
<br />from the n^rtheasterly line of the roadway of Elwood Street to the southwesterly line of
<br />the roadway of the County Road.
<br />2, That cer=.ent sidawelkg be constru;ted on the following' named streets and portions
<br />of streets situated and being in what is commonly Known as Dingee ParK,as laid down on the
<br />map hereinbefore referred to,(subject to the exceptions hereinafter- mentioned),to-wit:
<br />Fulton Street from the southeasterly line of Whipple Avenue,formerly '4h ppla Road,to
<br />the northwesterly line of Brewster Avenue,formerly Eighth Street;
<br />Elwood Street from the southeasterly line of Whipple Avenue,formerly Whipple Road,to
<br />the northwesterly line of James Avenue,formerly James Street;
<br />Duane Street from the northwesterly line of Brewster Avenue,formerly Eighth Street;to
<br />the southeasterly line of Whipple Avenue,formerly Whipple Road, (northeasterly side only
<br />from the north line of Broadway to the southeasterly line of Hopkins Avenue,formerly
<br />Eleventh Street);
<br />Clinton Street from the southeasterly line of Whipple Avenue,formerly Whipple Road,to
<br />the northwesterly line of Brewster Avenue,formerly Eighth Street;
<br />Birch Street from the southeasterly line of Whipple Avenue,formerly Whipple Road,to
<br />the north line of Broadway; -
<br />Arch Street from the southeasterly line of Whipple Avenue,formerly Whipple Road,to the
<br />northwesterly line of Brewster Avenue,formerly Eighth Street;
<br />Hopkins Avenue,formerly Eleventh Street,from the northeasterly line of Elwood Street
<br />to the southwesterly line of the County Road, (northwesterly side only from the.northeast-
<br />erly line of Elwood Street to the southwesterly side of Duane Street);
<br />Hopkins Avenue,formerly Broadway,from the northeasterly line of Fulton Street to the
<br />southwesterly line of Elwood Street;
<br />Brewster Avenue,formerly Eighth Street,from the northeasterly line of Fulton Street to
<br />the south line of Broadway;
<br />The County Road from the southeasterly line of Whipple Avenue,formerly Whipple Road,to
<br />the northwesterly line of Brewster Avenue,formerly Eighth Street, (southwesterly side only);
<br />(Except as noted above the said sidewalks to be constructed'on both sides of said
<br />going named streets),
<br />3. That cement curbing be constructed on the following named streets and portions of
<br />streets situated and being in what is commonly known as Dingee Parkas laid down on the
<br />map hereinbefore referred to,(subject to the exceptions hereinafter mentioned),to-wit:
