�3 <br />1%dU0uvu X6Y, Jnn* 2nd, 1913, 8 O'clock P.M. <br />The regular meeting of the Board of Town Trus$rees was hild. <br />Upon roll call there were present, Trustees, Pres.Geo.A.Merr111, Geo.A.Deleau, <br />J.J.Hahir, C.J.Hynding, E.H.Sampson and Town Clerk G.C.Plump. <br />The minutes of the meeting held May 19th, 1913, were V ad and upon motion of <br />Trustee Hahir seconded by Trustee Sampson and carried, the same were approved as read. <br />The matter of rates for water on the Middlefield Road used by the County was <br />decided that rate should remain as formerly established, namely 20 cents per thousand gallons. <br />On motion of Trustee Sampson, seconded by Trustee Hynding and carried, the CaliforrIa <br />Gun Club.was granted permission to shoot clay pigeons within City, Limits. <br />On motion of Trustee Hynding, seconded by Trustee Deleau and carried, the Clerk waa <br />authorized to advertise for bids for 200 poles for extension of street lighting system. <br />30, 40 ft -poles. <br />20, 50 ft -Poles. <br />130, 35 ft -Poles. <br />Upon motion of Trustee Sampson, seconded by Trustee HYnding and carried, the Supt. <br />of Streets was authorized to have all oiled macadam streets cleaned ones a month. <br />The Clerk was directed to nOtiry all liquor dealers in the matter of neither givitg <br />nor selling intoxicating liquor to A.M.Maberry and Robert Seaton. <br />Upon motion of Trustee Hynding seconded by TPustee Hahir and carried, Mrs.L11a <br />Kirkpatrick was granted a vacation from June 16th, to June 30th. <br />Upon motion of Trustee Hah1r, secdnded by Trustee Sampson and carried, the meatin€: <br />adjourned. <br />r � <br />Tow n Clerk. <br />Mi <br />
