93 <br />present asphalt pavement on El Camino Real, also known as the County Road, including all <br />that portion of the termination of I=nnie street extending five feet southerly from the <br />southerly curb line of Broadway, and also including all that portion of the intersection <br />of Broadway and E1 Camino Real, also known as the County Road lying northerly from the <br />q' present asphalt pavement constructed on the El Camino Real, also known as tYe County Road, <br />and <br />r. <br />That El Camino Real, also known as the County Road, in the Town of Redwood City, <br />4 be improved by he,ing graded between the present pavement constructed on said street and <br />the northerly curb line thereof from the southerly line of the intersection of Broadway <br />and E1 Camino Real, also known as the County Road southerly to a point 148.6 feet south <br />of the northerly property line of Broadway extended to the northerly curb line of E1 Camino <br />Real, also known as the County Road, and having donstructeO thereon a 5 -inch concrete <br />pavement with a 1 --inch asphalt wearing surface upon all that portion of said street be- <br />tween the present asphalt pavement constructed on said street and the northerly curb line <br />of said E1 Camino Real, also known as the County Road, excepting a strip 30 inches wide <br />immediately adjacent to the curb, reserved for gutter ways, from the southerly line of the <br />intersection of Broadway and El Camino Real, also known as the County Road southerly to <br />a pointl48.6 southof the northerly property line of Broadway extended to the northerly <br />curb line of El Camino Real; and <br />That Broadway in the Town of Redwood City, be improved by having constructed there- <br />on a 6 -2 -inch concrete gutter, 30 inches wide immediately adjacent to the curb on both sides <br />of the street from a line 2 -1 -feet south of and parallel to the most southerly rail of the <br />Southern Pacifia Rairoad Company's track as now constructed to the northerly line of El <br />1 Camino Real, also known as the County Road excluding the termination covered by the road. - <br />way of Minnie street; and <br />That a 6 -2 -inch concrete gutter, 30 inches wide, immediately adjacent to the curb <br />be constructed at the northwest corner of Broadway and El Camino Real, also known as the <br />County Road and extending from the northerly line of El Camino Real, produced easterly <br />to the northerly curb line of Broadway around the radius,of the curb to the northerly line <br />of Broadway produced to the northerly curb line of E1 Camino Real, also known as the <br />County Road, and also that a 6 -2 -inch concrete gutter 30 inches wide, immediately adjacent <br />to the curb be constructed at the northerly corner of Broadway and E1 Camino Real, also <br />known as the County Road, from the northerly line of E1 Camino Real, also known as the <br />County Road, produced westerly to the southerly curb line of Broadway around the radius <br />of the curb to a point on El Camino Real, also known as the County Road, 148.6 feet south <br />of the northerly line of Broadway extended to the northerly curb line of El Camino Real, <br />also known as the County Road, and <br />Thattwo 12 -inch by 24 -inch reinforced concrete box culverts all sides 4 inches in <br />thickness, be constructed across Broadway, in the Town of Redwood City, one such culvert <br />to cross Broadway from curb line to curb line on the line of tle northerly curb line of <br />El Camino Real, also known as the County Road, and being situated within the intersection <br />of Broadway and El Camino Real, also known as the County Road, and the.other such culvert <br />to cross Broadway from property line to property line from a point in the northerly <br />property line of Broadway eighty-five feet south of the most southerly rail of the South- <br />ern Pacific Railroad Company's track as now construoted and extend across Broadway in an <br />easterly direction in a straight line to a point in the southerly property line of Broad- <br />way forty-five feet south of the most southerly rail of the Southern•Pacifie Railroad <br />Company's track as now constructed; and <br />That two cast iron cast outlets 18 -inches by 24 -inches with frames be constructed <br />
