<br />by having constructed thereon a 5 -inch concrete pavement with a 1.2 inch asphalt wearing
<br />surface for the full width of the roadway of said street, from a line 8 feet south of and
<br />parallel to the most southerly rail of the Southern Pacific Railroad Company's track as now
<br />constructed to the southerly end of said Main street, including all street intersections
<br />and all street terminations, excepting, however, from the foregoing described work, the
<br />following 30 inch strips reserved for concrete gutter ways, to -wit:-
<br />A strip 30 inches in width immediately adjacent to the curb line on the easterly side of
<br />said Main street formerly Mound street, beginning at a point on the easterly curb line of
<br />said Main street, formerly Mound street,eight feet south of the most southerly rail of the
<br />Southern Pacific Railroad Company's track, as now constructed and extending southerly along
<br />the easterly curb line of said Main street, formerly Mound street around the radius of the
<br />curb line at the northeast corner of Beech street and Main street formerly Mound street to
<br />the easterly line of Main street, formerly Mound street, and
<br />Also a strip 30 inches in width immediately adjacent to the curb line and beginning on
<br />the southerly curb line of Beech street at the easterly line of Main street, formerly Mound
<br />street and extending around the: radius of the curb line at tba southeast corner of Beech
<br />street and Main street, formerly Mound street,southerly along tIm curb line of said Main
<br />street, formerly Mound street, and around the radius of the curb line at the northeast cor-
<br />ner of Cedar street and Main street, formerly Mound street to the easterly line of Main
<br />street, formerly Mound street. and
<br />Also a strip 30 inches in width immediately adjacent to the curb line and beginning on
<br />thesoutherly curb line of Cedar street at the easterly line of Main street, formerly Mound
<br />street and extending around the radius of the curb line at the southeast corner of Cedar
