Carl Mabie, Geo,V.Mc.Nulty. The oath of office of G@0Tile rrill, Carl X.i,labie,Geo.t7.1.ic-idulty,,f.a.2rice,Frank X. Tonne, were filed. The meeting was called tp order by Town Vlerk W.A.rrice, whereupon the nomination for President of the Board being in ordep,Trustee aampson was placed in nomination by Trgstee Merrill, and 'Trustee I,Iabie by 'Trustee Tuchsen,:Tpon motion of Trustee Tuchsen and Seconded that the nomination be made by roll call, Motion Carried. thereupon the result was; - For E.H.Sampson, Trustees Sampson,TJerrill,Mc.ATulty. For Carl K.Mabie, it Tuchsen,I'viabie. Trustee aampson, having received the majority of votes was duly declared elected President of the Poajzci of 'Trustees. President elect Sampson expres:�ed his thanks for the honor bestowed upon him. President Sampson appointed the following committees: Finance- Trustee Iic.Nulty(Ohairman) Trustee Llabie- Trustee Iderrill. Public Utilities, Trustee Merrill ( Chairman) Trustee. On motion of Trustee IUerrill seconded by Trustee Tuchsen the City Engineer make a survey and report on the Llaple Street extension from Pranklin Street to County Road,IIotion Carried. On motion of Trustee Tuchsen, seconded by 'Trustee Merrill that the City Engineer make an estimate -of the amount of filling required for center Street .1viotion Carried. On motion of Trustee Tuchsen ,seconded by Trustee Merrill that bids be called for the filing of Center Street for 2500 yards of fill more or less, Motion Carried.
