Trastbes „ President,E,.H.Sampeon.Geo,A,Merrill.GeooWo <br />Mo.Nulty,Carl K.Mabie,H.C.Tuohsen,Town Clerk W.A.Price. <br />Communioation from Mayor S.K.Hersog,of the City of San Rafael,inviting the Board of <br />Trustees and citizens of this city to attend the celebration to be held in that City on <br />May 19-20-2I -was received and filed on motion of Trustees .Tu6hs6n:and Mabie. <br />Communication from the Geo.H.Irving Company asking privilege of strbtohing a,sign across <br />the Highway, at Broadway, was referred to the Street Committee, to report atinext regular <br />meeting on motion of Trustees Merrill and„Mo.Nulty. <br />Application of Pacific Gas and Electric Company to make contact on two poles of the city <br />of Redwood on Heller Street as shown on blue print # 644 was granted on the approval of the <br />City Elsotrician,on motion of Trustee Merrill,seconded by Trustee Mabie,Motion Varried. <br />Application of Pacific Gas and Electric Company to make contacts on the City of Redwood <br />pole at King Sreit and Whipple Road as shown on blue print # 649 was granted on the ap- <br />proval of the City Eleotrician,on motion of Trustee Merrill, seconded by Trustee Tuchsen. <br />Motion Carried. <br />Application of I.Allegrini for a permit for a Class A,Liquor License to conduct a saloon <br />at 233 Main street formerly the Alhambra Bar, and the Bond be waived until July Ist.1916 <br />was granted on Motion of Trustees Tuohsen and Merrill,Motion Varried. <br />Affidavits of J.D.Hedgefin the matter of publishing notices inviting sealed proposals of <br />t the construction of artifical stone curbs and sidewalks on El Camino Real and affidavits <br />of W.A.Prioe ,Town Clerk in the Matter of posting near the Council Chamber doot of notice <br />inviting sealed proposals for the construction of artifieal curbs and sidewalks on E1 <br />'Camino Realq were on 4iotion of Trustees Tuchsen and Merrill ,received and filed. <br />` The following are the bids received for curbs and sidewalks on E1 Camino Real In.der <br />Resolution of Intention # 29 on E1 Camino Real, and were publicly opened opened and ex- <br />amined and declared. <br />E1 Camino Real -Curbs- and- Sidewalks. <br />Contraotor, Cu.yd.Fill-Cu yd.Cut-Sidewalk-Conorete Curb-Conorete Approach. <br />Sq.ft.
