122 Monroe Avenue, in said Town of Redwood City, for its full width,from the Southerly line of Franklin,Street to the Northerly line of the E1 Camino Real; and Notice is hereby given that all persons inter&aX*Fed and objecting to the closing and vacating of said portions of Monroe Avenue hereinbefore set forth,are hereby notified to file their objections, in writing, in the office of and with the Clerk of said Town of Redwood City, as�Clerk'of said4Board of Trustees and as required by law; And the said Clerk of the Town of Redwood City is hereby ordered and directed to publish this Resolution of Intention, once a week for a period of four ( ¢) successive weeks in the Times -Gazette a weekly newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said Town of Redwood City,as required by law, AND the Superintendent of -Streets of said Town of Redwoo \ City,, is hereby ordered and directed to immediately post conspicuously on all frontage of that portion of Monroe Avenue to be vacated, a Notice of the passage -of this Resolution of Intention, in the manner and for the period required by law, and also cause a copy of said Notice to be printed and published in said newspaper, for the period required by lawq The Times -Gazette a weekly newspaper of general circulated, published and circulated in said Town of Redwood City, is hereby designated as the paper in which to publish the Notioes to be given and published by the Superintendent of Streets, in relation to the closing and vacating of that portion of Moores Avenue from the Southerly line of Franklin Street to the Northerly line of El Camino Real. Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City, at a eegular meeting of said Board, held on the first day of May,19z6, by,the following vote: - Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing Resolution; Trustees; George A Merrill, Carl X.Mabie, George W.Mc-Nulty, H.C.Tuchsen, E.H.Sampson. A petition from John Horstman Company for a spur track to cross Monroe Avenue from Lots I and 6, Block 7 to Block 6, and across Franklin street from Block 6 to Block 15 in Dillers Addition, was granted on motion of Trustee Tuchsen, seconded by Trustee Mabie, Motion Carrisd. On motion of Trustee IYZerrill, seconded by Trystee Tuchsen the clerk directed to invite sealed bids up to and including 8oclock P/14- of the 15 day of May for furnishing delivered, and in place 3500 yards of filling on Webster Street,( formerly Center Street) between Main Street and Washington Street, IeZotion Carried. On motion of Trustee Merrill and Trustee Tuchsen, clerk authorized to purchase Assessment lists to be used for the City assessing. 1Y1otion Carried.
