<br />the E1 Camino Real,also known as the County Road to the southerly line of Arguello street
<br />excluding all that portion of the right of way of the Southern Pacific Railroad Company
<br />between a line 2-j feet south of and parallel to the most easterly rail of the Southern
<br />Pacific Railroad Company's track as now constructed and a line 22 feet north of and pa.rall„
<br />el to the most northerly rail of the Southern Pacific Railroad Company's track, as now
<br />constructed. All macadamizing and oiling to be done to the official grades.
<br />All the hereinbefore and hereinabove mentioned work and improvements are to be done in ac-
<br />cordance with the special plans and specifications heretofore adopted for doing said work
<br />and improvements by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City on the 7th day of
<br />February, 1916,and now on file in the office of the Clerk of the Town of Redwood City, to
<br />which plans and specifications reference is hereby made for a further description of work
<br />and for further particulars.
<br />Serial bonds bearing interest at the rate of 7 per cent per annum and extending over
<br />the period of 9 years fron the second day of January next succeeding their date shall be
<br />issued to represent assessment of twenty five (025) dollars cr over Ithe costs and expenses
<br />of said work and improvements and in manner and form provided by law.
<br />The Town Clerk of said Town of Redwood City is hereby directed to post a notice of said
<br />work and improvements, together with the plans and specifications therefor, conspicuously
<br />for five days on or near the Council Chamber door, inviting sealed proposals or bids for
<br />doing the work and improvements ordered herein. Said Clerk of the Town of Redwood City
<br />is also directed to publish a notice inviting such proposals, and referring to the plans
<br />and specifications posted or on file in the"Redwood City Democrat", a weekly newspaper
<br />published and circulated in said Town, and hereby designated by the Board of Trustees of
<br />said Town of Redwood City for that purpose. All the herein proposed work and improvements
<br />shall be done in pursuance of and in conformity with an act of the Legislature of the
<br />State of California entitled, "Improvement Act of 1911, approved April 7th, 1911, and
<br />acts amendatory thereof.

<br />Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the own of Redwood City at the hour of
<br />9 o'clock P. M. of the 6th day of March,1916, at a regular meeting of said Board of Trustees
<br />held on said day by the following vote:
