<br />Regular adjourned meeting of Board of Town Trustees held.
<br />Upon roll call there were present,Trustees,President,E.H.Sampson,Geo.A.Me•rrill,Geo.W.-
<br />Ma.Nulty,Carl K.Mabie,H.C.Tuchsen,Town Clerk,W.A.Price.
<br />Communication from Califorhi.a Railroad Commission• regarding re-construction,of pole 1inc.s'
<br />in conformity with standards, the clerk write said board that the City Electrician reports., '
<br />that all requirementecof S;tAte law had been complied with in this City.
<br />Communication from Oakland Chamber of Commeree,oalling the Boards -attention to Safety
<br />First" week was received ah& filed.
<br />Application from the Pacific Gas & Electric Company for permission to make contact on
<br />City pole on Jefferson Avenue,between Elwood and Blaine Streets,as per blue print #25-R=
<br />attached was on motion of Trustee Mc,Nulty,seconded by Trustee Tuchsen,same be granted,
<br />Motion Carried.
<br />Affidavit of D.E.O'Keefe in the matter of publishing ,and the affidavit of W.A.PHoe, ,
<br />Town Clerk in the matter of posting near the Council Chamber door of notices inviting seal d,,'
<br />proposals for the constracti0n of salt glared the pipe sewer,and artificial stone curbs,,
<br />and sidewalks on Arlington Road,Edgewood Road,Woodstock Place acid Melrose Place was on
<br />motion of Trustee Merrill,seconded by Trustee Tuchsen received and filed.
<br />Trustee Tuchsen presents the following Resolution and moves its adoption,Trustee Mc Nulty'
<br />seconds the motion.
<br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PLANS & SPEC(tICATIONS-
<br />RESOLVED, that the City Engineer of the Town of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State
<br />of California be,and he is hereby ordered to prepare plans,specifications and estimates for
<br />the construction of corrugated iron arch culverts with concrete base and necessary wyes
<br />branches upon the following named streets and avenues at the hereinafter described places ix.
<br />the Town of Redwood Cijy,to-wit;
<br />At the termination of Woodstock Place and Whipple Road;at the termination of Hudson Street
