<br />Upon roll call there were present,Trustees,President,E.H.Sampson,Geo.A.Merrill,Geo.W. Me..
<br />Nulty,Carl g.Mabie,H.C.Tucheen,Town C1erk,W.A.2rice.
<br />Minutes of the regualar meeting held August 2Ist.1916,adjourned meeting held August 28th.
<br />1916 and regular meeting held September ¢th.1916, was on motion of Trustee Merrill,seeonded
<br />by Trustee Tuehsen,same be approved as read,Motion Carried.
<br />Communication from Charles Luscher offering tp pay a rental of $ 22.00 per year for a
<br />portion of lot back of Fire House # I on Main Street for maintaining a garage,was on motion
<br />of Trustee Tuehsen,seconded by Trustee Merrill, that said portion of lot be rented to Mr.
<br />Lueeher at a rental of $ I2.00 per annum,same to be revocable at any times and upon the
<br />condition that he pay the sum of 0 221100for back rent ,Motion Carried.
<br />Communication from J.F.Ford requesting a permit to be allowed to keep two taxi autos
<br />standing near curb at Southern Pacific Railroad Station on Broadway was on motion of Trustee
<br />tierrill.,seconded by Trustee Tuchsen,same be referred to the Committee on Public Health,and
<br />Morals to investigate in regards to regulating the :taxi auto service at the StationifMotion
<br />Carried.
<br />The request of Chris Alexander for permission to place a barber pole in front of his
<br />'place of business at 282 Main Street,was on motion of Trustee Merrill,seconded by Trustee
<br />Mabie,same be referred to Committ4e on Public Health,Police and Morals with full power to
<br />act.Motion Carried.
