<br />Communication from Charles Luscher offering tp pay a rental of $ 12.00 per year for a
<br />portion of lot back of Fire House # I on Main Street for maintaining a garage,was on motion
<br />f Trustee Tuchsen,seconded by Trustee Merrill, that said portion of lot be rented to Mr.
<br />Luscher at a rental of $ I2.00 per annum,same to be revocable at any times and upon the
<br />condition that he pay the sum of ail Ie,.00for back rent ,Id[otion Carried.
<br />Communication from J.F.Ford requesting a permit to be allowed to keep two taxi autos
<br />standing near curb at Southern Pacific Railroad Station on Broadway was on motion of Trustee
<br />hi errill,seconded by Trustee Tuchsen,same be referred to the Committee on Public Health,and

<br />The request of Chris Alexander for permission to place a barber pole in front of his
<br />place of business at 282 Main Street,was on motion of Trustee Merrill,seconded by Trustee
<br />bie,same be referred to Committee on Public Health,Police and Morals with full power to
<br />act.Motion Carried.
