<br />the Town of Redwood City to a point on said southerly limits where the wasterly line of
<br />Hopkins avenue extended southerly intersects slid southerly limits of said Town of Redwood
<br />City;thence northerly along the extension of the easterly line of Hopkins avenue to Nevada
<br />street and continuing in a straight line across Nevada street and continuing northerly along
<br />the easterly line of Hopkins avenue across Myrtle street and continuing across Lowell street
<br />and continuing across Sing street and continuing across Jeter street and continuing across
<br />Iris street and continuing across Hudson street and continuing across Grand street and con-
<br />tinuing along the easterly line of Hopkins avenue to the southerly line of Fulton street;
<br />thence at right angles easterly along the southerly line of Fulton street to the westerly
<br />line of Brewster avenue;thence continuing in a straight line across Brewster avenineasterly
<br />to theeintersection of the easterly line of Brewster avenue and the southerly line of Fulton
<br />street and the place of beginning,provided nevertheless that the streets,avenues,roads,and
<br />places situate within said district shall be ommitted from any assessment made or levied for
<br />paying the costs and expenses of the above mentioned work and improvements, the said streets
<br />avenues,roads,and places belonging to said Tovyn of Redwood City and being in Ase in the per-
<br />formanoe of a public funetion,to-wit;in use as public streete.avenues,roads and places.
<br />The ckerk of the Town of Redwood City shall cause this Resolution of Intention No -32 to be
<br />tublished twice in the Redwood City Democrat weekly newspaper9printed and circulated in said
<br />Town, there being no daily paper,and hereby designated for that purpose by the Board of
<br />Trustees of said Town of Redwood City.
<br />The Superintendent of Streets of said Town of Redwood City shall cause to be conspicuously
<br />posted notices of the passage of this Resolution of Intention No -32 in the manner and form
<br />required by law.
<br />And notice is hereby given that Monday the 25th,day of September,1916,at the hour of 8
<br />oIclock P.M.of said day, at the meeting place of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwooi
<br />City in the Council Chambers in the Town of Redwood City, County of San-'iateo,State of

<br />California,has been and is hereby fixed as the day,hour and place when and where any and all
<br />persons having any objections to the proposed work and improvements described herein may
<br />appear before the Board of 'trustees of the Town of Redwood City and show cause why said pro-
<br />posed work and improvements should not be carried out in accordance with this Resolution of
<br />Intention NO -32 -
<br />All the herein proposed work and improvements shall be dohe in pursuance of and in con-
<br />formity with an Act of the Legislature of the State of California, entitled "Improvement Act
<br />of 1911" approved April 7th.191I,and1 acts amendatory thereof.
<br />Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City at a regualari
<br />meeting of said Board held on the 5th -day of September,1916, by the following vote;
