202 I heretofore -filed against the proposed work and improvements and the extent of the district be assessed described in Resolution of Intention N0.32, be and the same is hereby overruled, Passed aid adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redw od City at a regular meeting of said Board of Trustees held on the 2nd.day of October,1916,at the hour of I0-30 o'clock P.M. of said day by the following vote; Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing Resolution,Trustees, Geo.A.Merrill-Geo.W.Me.Nulty-Carl K.Mabie- H.C.Tuchsen-E.H.Sampson. Resolved whereas the Board of Rrustees of the Town of Redwood City did on•the 5th.day of Septemher,1916,pass its Resolution of Intention N0.32 to order the hereinafter described work to be done and improvements to be made in said Town,which Resolution of Intention No.. 32 was duly and legally published as required by law,as appears from the affidavit of J.D. Hedge,now on file in the office of the Town V1erk of said Town; AND WHEREAS,notices of the passage of said Resolution of Intention NO -32 heade611NOTICE of IMPROVEMENT" were duly and legally posted in the form and manner required by law as appears from the affidavit of J.C.Dickey,Street Superintendent of said Town; And Whereas it appears from the affidavit of J.C.Dickey,Strect Superintendent of said Town of Redwood City hereinbefore mentioned that the notices of improvements so posted as aforesaid were posted and said posting was completed on the 13th.day of Septemher,19169 AND WHEREAS in and by said Resolution of Intention NO 32 said Board of Trustees of said Town of Redwood City fixed Monday the 25th.day of September ,1916 at the hour of eight o'clock P.M. of said day at the meeting place of the Board of Trustees of said Town of Redwood City in the Council Chamber in the Town Hall on Webster Street in said Town of Redwood City,County of Ban Mateo,State of California,as the day,hour and place when and where any and all persons having any objections to the proposed work and improvements de- scribed in said Resolution of Intention N0.32 could appear before the Board of Trustees of ReAwood City and show cause why said work and improvements should not be carried out in accordance with said Resolution of Intention NO -32; AND WHEREAS before the day.hour and place fixed in said Resolution of Intention No -.32 when and where any and all persons having any objections to the proposed work and improvement@ described in said Resolution of Intention N0.32 could appear before the Board of Trustees of said Town of Redwood City and show cause why said proposed work and improvements should phot be sarried•out in accordance with said Resolution of Intention No -32 a writ -Len protest. was.filed with the Clerk of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City by certain owners of property liable to be assessed for laid work and improvements, said protest being against the proposed work and the extent of the district to be assessed, and
