WHEREAS at the time fixed in said Resolution of Intention No.32 for hearing objections and protests to the work described therein said.Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City proceeded to hear said written protest heretofore mentioned and after a part nal hearing of same the further hearing was continued until the next regular meeting of s&id Board.of Trustees on the 2nd day of October,1916, at the hogs of 7.30 o'clock P.M. of ftid day, and Whereas on the 2nd day of October,1916 at the hour of 7-30 otolock P/M.of said day the Board of'Trustees proceeded with the further hearing of said written protest against the work and the extent of the district to be assessed under RESOLUTION of INTENTION NO.32 and after a full hearing did, on saiddayof October,Ig16,pass a RESOLUTION overruling said written protest; NOW 'THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the public i.ntarbst and convenienve require the work herein described, and the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City hereby orders the following work to be done and improvements to be made in said Town,to-wit; ns npon- lsCid ti Y by Win gated iron'X branches,or connect}onsI extending down each side of 'Wood- stock Place Immediately adjacent to, the curb lines to the westerly line of Whipple avenue. -i A 6 Inch by 43 inch ten gauge cor-; rugated iron arch culvert with con-, Crete base immediately adjacent to the; .curb line on the easterly aide of, - Whipple avenue from the southerly .line of Hudson street to the northerly'' ' line of Hudson street.
