216 Redwood City,Novomber 20th.Igi6,7-30 P -Y - Regular meeting of the Board of Town Trustees held. Upon roll call there were present,Trustees,President,E.H.Sampson,Geo.A.Iderrill,Geo.,. Mc.Nulty,Carl K.Mabie,Town C1erk,71.A.Price,Absent Trustee H.C.Tnchsen. Minutes of the regi<lar meeting held November 6,1916, and special meeting held November gth.igi6,were read and on motion of Trustee Ilerrill,seconded by Trustee Mc,Nulty same be approved as r ead.Motion Carried. Communication from H.E.Holmes in regards to teams driving over the new sidewalk on his lot at County Road and George Street was filed and Supt.of Streets was instructed to put railing up tr stop same. Communication from Geo.H.Irving Company regarding $ 25.00 claim of Mr.E.G.Finlay for inspection of Oak Knoll Manor was on motion of Trustee Merrill,seconded by Yrustee Mc.Nulty same be filed,Motion Carried. On motion of Trustee Mabie,seeonded by Trustee Merrill,A.Hess & Company be authorized to deliver and not to exceed 600 yards of fill on Webster Street at same price per yard as former contract, and same to be paid for on or about May Ist.1917 without interest,laiotion tarried. On motion of Trustee Merrill,seconded by Trustee Mc,Nulty,the City Attorney be instruct- ed to make a report at next meeting the best way to pay off the causal employees of the Town,Motion Carried. An application from Mary B.Britton asking permission to connect with the City water was on motion of Trustee Mabie,seconded by Trustee Merrill same be granted, and connect -- ion with meter to be made at Ashley Avenue and Edgewood Road, the rate to be charged same other consumers. On motion of Trustee Merrill,seconded by Trustee Mc,Nulty the necessary furniture as r list -tb be purchased for the City Engineer's office, and also a desk for the City Clerk office for the use of the Supt.of the "later System and Supt. of Streets,Liotion Carried. On motion of Trustee Merrill,seconded by Trustee Mabie, that December II,1916,at 7-30 'clock P.M. be set aside to meet with the Fire Commissioners to elect officers for the Fire t for the ensuing year.Motion Carried.
