<br />Minutes of regular meeting held November 20th.1916 were read and on motion of Trustee

<br />Communication from Iairs.C.J.Snow regarding the assessed valuation of lots in Redwood
<br />Highlands and Wellesley Park was referred to the City Assessor.
<br />A petition asking for the improvement and widening of Vera Avenue from El Camino Real
<br />westerly to Hudson Street( formerly Gerwin Street) was received from 1h e following prop -

<br />the foregoing petition be received and filed and proceedings be instituted asked for on
<br />Vera Avenue from County Road westerly to Hudson Street(formerly Gerwin Street)Motion Carriet,
<br />Communication from newly elected State Senator M.B.Johnson,and newly elected Assemhly-
<br />men F.S.Eksw,tard asking the Board for any suggestion for needed legislation for the general
<br />good of the community was on motion of Trustee Merrill,seconded by Trustee Tuchsen same be
<br />jreceived and filed and the Clerk write them extending the thanks of the Board,Motion Car-
<br />ried.
