That the intersections and terminations of all streets and avenues intersecting or. -terminating at Redwood avenue between the southerly line of Ebener street and the south- erly line of Sequoia avenue extended easterly shall be improved by having constructed upon the respective corners thereof cementcurbing.Said cement curbing shall be constructed on �Y said corners with a raduis of eight feet and both ends thereof at the property.lines extended shall be a distance of I0 feet from said property lines,excepting however any of said work already done to the' -official grade,excepting also the southeast and the north- east corners of Gordan street and Redwood avenue. That Redwood avenue be improved by heitg;graded for the full width of the roadway there- of and being,paved for the full width of said roadway from the southerly line of Ebener street to the southerly line of Sequoia avenue extended easterly with crushed rock,rock screenings and asphaltic bi,l,incl-uding all street intersections and all street termination5 and alley terminations,excepting however from said grading and paving a strip on the easterly side of said Redwood avenue imrhediately adjacent to the easterly curb line 8 feet t in width and beginning at the northerly side of the bridge on said Redwood avenue between ' Johnson street and Gordan street and running southerly to the southerly line,of Gordan street,and also excepting the bridge on said Redwood avenue between Johnson street and a Gordan street.
