252 That one concrete pier with fittings be constructed on the line of said sewer on Redwood av enue where same crosses the creek between Johnson street and Gordan street to support the 8 inch wrough irom pipe hereinbefore mentioned. That Redwood avenue be improved by having constructed thereon on both sides of the street and 20 feet from the center line thereof,cement curbs,from the southerly line of Ebener stre;t to the southerly line of Sequoia avenue extended easterly,excepting however the curbing on the easterly side of Redwood avenue from the northwrly side of the bridge on said Redwood a avenue between Johnson street and Gordan street and the northerly line of Gordan street, and also excepting any of said work already done upon said Redwood avenue to the official grade, also excepting bridge on Redwood avenue between Johnson street and Gordan street. That Sequoia avenue be improved by being graded for the full width of the roadway thereof and being paved for the full width of the roadway thereof from the westerly line of Redwood avenue to the easterly line of Roosevelt avenue with crushed rock,rock screenings and asphaltic iol.Including street intersections. That a timber bridge with timber bulkheads be constructed on Redwood avenue across the creek between Johnson street and Gordan street,said bridge to be 70 feet ¢ inch long measured along the center line with a span of 16 feet. That a bridge with concrete abutments and wooden floor,50 feet long and with a span of 16 feet be constructed on Sequoia stteet across the creek at a point 70 feet easterly from the easterly line of Redwood avenue,as prepared by the City Engineer of the Town of Redwood City and submitted this 16th,day of April,1917,be and the same are hereby adopted as and for the plans and specifications for doing all of said hereinbefore described work and making all said hereinbefore described improvements.
