Town of Redwood City. <br />i <br />RESOhPED,by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwojd City,that whereas, the Board of <br />Trustees of the Town of Redwood City heretofore and on the 19th.day of February,19I7,did <br />77a 4 fuliorl <br />pass its certain Resolution of Intention A.I to change and re-establish the grades on CVL aVA <br />' Winslow street between the center line of Broadway and the right of way of the Southern re¢s Q/,/lstiri+y <br />Grades <br />' liinslon� <br />Pacific Railroad Company,in said Town of Redwood City,in the manner hereinafter setforth;and <br />G+reef. <br />)� t WHEREAS,said Resolution of Intention ATI was duly published and posted in the manner <br />provided by law as appears from the affidavits.of Jas.D.Hedge and W.A.Price,Town Clerk,now <br />on file in the office of the Clerk of said Town of Redvrood City;and <br />WHEREAS,the Superintendent of Streets of said flown heretofore caused notices of the <br />passage of said Resolution of Intention A. -I to be conspicuously posted in the manner provid <br />ed by law; and <br />WHEREAS, the said Superintendent of Streets also cauded to be published a notice similar <br />in substance by two insertions in the Redwood City Democrat,a weekly newspaper,published, <br />s <br />printed and circulated in said Town, there being no daily newspaper published therein,the <br />first publication of the notice of the passage of said Resolution of Intention A -I being <br />on the Ist.day of March,1917; and <br />i <br />Whereas,no protest against the changing or.re-establishing the grades proposed to be <br />changed and re-established in said Resolution of Intention A -I have been filed with the <br />1 Clerk of the Town of Redwood City,and the time for filing such protests has expired; <br />s <br />NOW THEREFORE it is herehy ordered and directed that the official grades on Winslow street <br />in the Town of Redwood City from the center line of Broadway to the right of way of the <br />Southern Pacific Railroad Company,be,and the same are hereby changed and re-established so <br />E <br />that such grades,and the elevations in feet above Town of Redwood City base at the points <br />hereinafter mentioned,shall be as follows,to-wit; <br />� I <br />.. f <br />7.2 feet above base(being present grade)at point of intersection of center line pf Winslow <br />4 <br />street and center line of Broadway. <br />8.9 feet above base(being raised.9 of a foot) at the intersection of the center line of <br />Winslow street and the northerly line of the right of way of the Southern Pacific Railroad <br />Company. <br />J <br />
