W <br />tion no persons appeared before said Board of Trustees of said Town objecting to said <br />proposed work and improvements described in said Resolution of Intention No. 23, and <br />at said day, hour and place there were no objections of any kind or nature made against <br />said proposed work and inprovements described in said Resolution of Intention No. 23. <br />THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the public interest and convenience re- <br />quire the work and improvements herein described, and the Board of Trustees of said <br />Town of Redwood City hereby orders the following work to be done and improvements to <br />be made in said Town of Redwood City, to -wit: - <br />That a 12 inch sewer be constructed in the Town of Redwood City from the <br />easterly line of James Avenue extended northerly to a point 19 feet from the southerly <br />line of the El Camino Real, also known as the County Road, thence northerly along the <br />E1 Camino Real, also known as the County Road 19 feet north of and parallel to the <br />southerly line of said street to a point 215 feet northwesterly from the easterly line <br />of James Avenue extended northerly to a point 19 feet northerly from the southerly line <br />OCL' said El Camino Real, also known as the County Road, thence at a right angle norther- <br />ly., across said E1 Camino Real, also known as the County Road 47 feet to the northerly <br />line of said street, thence along the center of right of way described in those certain <br />deeds from Olga Heiner Chiloott and R. F. Chiloott her husband, to the Town of Redwood <br />City, recorded in Volume 243 of Deeds, at page 487, Records of San Mateo County, and <br />from Henry E. Holmes and Adah B. Holmes, his wife to the Town of Redwood City, recorded <br />in Volume 247 of Deeds at pge 272, records of San Mateo County (said right of way being <br />hereinafter fully described) to the southerly line of George Street, thence along the <br />center line of Minnie Street extended and the center line of Ylinnie street, northerly <br />to connecy with sewer in Broadway atmanhole in center line of Broadway 208.8 feet south- <br />westerly from the most southerly rail of the Southern Pacific Railroad Company's track as <br />now constructed with brick manholes and cast iron frames and covers constructed at the <br />following points and places on said sewer, to -wit:- one such brick manhole with cast iron <br />frame and cover to be const�pieted at a point on the easterly line of James Avenue extend- <br />ed northerly 19 feet from the southerly line of the El Camino Real, also known as the <br />County Road, another such brck manhole with cast iron frame and cover to be constructed <br />on El Camino Real, also known as the County Road at a point 19 feet northerly.from the <br />southerly line of said street and 215 feet northwesterly from the easterly line of James <br />Avenue extended to a point 19 feet northerly from the southerly line of said E1 Camino <br />also known as the County Road; also another such brick manhole with cast iron frame and <br />cover to be constructed in the right of way described in deed from Olga Heiner Chileott, <br />and R. F. Chileott, her husband, to the Town of Redwood City, hereinbefore referred at a <br />point in said right of way 127.87 feet northerly from the northerly line of the said <br />El Camino Real, also known as the County Road; also that 12 inch by 4 inch Y's be placed <br />and constructed at the following points and places on said sewer lines, to -wit: on the <br />southerly side of said sewer at 95 feet, 145 feet and 195 feet,respectively, northwester- <br />ly from the easterly line of James Avenue extended northerly to a point 19 feet from the <br />southerly line of said El Camino Real, also known as the County Road, also on the north- <br />erly side of said sewer at 50 feet, 100 feet, 150 feet and 200 feet respectively, north- <br />westerly from the easterly line of Jqmes Avenue extended northerly to a point 19 feet <br />from the southerly line of said El Camino Real, also known as the County Road, also on <br />the westerly side of said sewer running through the right of way described in deed Olga <br />Heiner Chiloott and R. F. Chiloott, her husband, and Henry F. Holmes and Adah B.
