<br />All of the herein proposed work and improvements shall be done in pursuance of and in
<br />conformity with an act of the Legislature of the State of California,entitled,°Improvement
<br />Act of 191I",approved April 7th.291I, and acts amendatory.thereof.
<br />Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the mown of Redwood City at a regular
<br />meeting of said Board held on the 4th.day of June,1917,by the following vote;

<br />R93OLUTION DECLARING NUISANCE.
<br />NO.A-6
<br />-7� RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City that whereas,certain weeds
<br />Alo,A-k are growing in the Town of Redwood City ,upon the streets and in front of the property
<br />hereinafter mentioned,which weeds are of a kind which bear seeds of a wingy or downy nature
<br />�'YZG'C%S and will attain such large growth as to become a fire menance when dry, and whereas, the
<br />said weeds constitute a public nuisance;
<br />'�- NOW THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY DECLARED that the said weeds do now constitute and will continue
<br />to constitute a public nuisance, and it is ordered that the said public nuisance be abated
<br />in the manner provided by that certain act of the Legislature of the State of California,
<br />entitled,"An Act authoriz:ing Municibalities to declare noxious or dangerous weeds growing '
<br />upon the streets or sidewalks or upon private property within municipalities, to be a public
<br />nuisance,ereating a lien upon the property fronting upon such streets or sidewalks or upon
<br />which such nuisance exists fori..•.the cost of ababting same"approved May 26th.,1915.
<br />The streets upon which and the private property in front of which said nuisance exists
<br />are more particularly described as follows,to-wit;
<br />On Elm street between the westerly line of Main street and the easterly line of Lathrop
<br />street,and in front of Blocks 2 and 3 of the Hancock Addition to the Town of Redwood City.
<br />On Lathrop street between the southerly line of Elm street and the southerly end of said
<br />la throe street, and tin front of Blocks 3 and 4, and also lots 6,7,8,9 and 19 Block 5,and
