Trustee Tuchsen presents the following RESOLUTION and moves its adoption, Trustee Mabie seconds the motion. RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO.A.B. SEWERS on LINCOLN AVENUE ,EVANS STREET,AND HUDSON STREET. RESOLVED, that it is the intention of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City �es�lu¢ioh County of San Mateo,Sfate of California,to order the following work to be done and im- o� ZH7'Zi1 f"/o h provements to be made in said Town,to-wit; No A- 9 THAT an eight (8)inch vitrified salt glazed tile pipe sewer be constructed along the centerk;ne-o/n' Ave line of Lincoln avenue from the northeasterly line of Fulton Street to the southerly end of Salr6h said Lincoln avenue at the northeasterly line of lot 7 of the Wooster,Whitton,& Montgomery subdivision of a part of the Redwood Farm as said lot is shown on the aforementioned ipap which is recorded in the Recorder's office of the County of San Mateo,State of California, in Book"E"of maps at page 31,said sewer to connect with existing manhole at center line of Z'Lncoin avenue and center line of Fulton street and also to connect with existing swwer at center line of Lincoln avenue at northeasterly line of Fulton Street,said sewer also to connect with m-nhole to be constructed at center line of Lincoln avenue and center line of Evans street and center line of Lincoln avenue and center line of Hudson street,and also to connect with lamphole at southerly end of said sewer. That a six (6)inch vitrified salt glazed tile pipe sewer be constructed along the center line of Evans street from a point where the northwesterly line of lot I Block A of Oak Villa Homestead,as said lot is shown on the map thereof resorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo,State of California,in Book 6 of Maps at page 2I, produced northeasterly intersects the center line of Evans street, thence to center line of Vera avenue and connecting with existing manhole at said point, and also connecting with manhole to be constructed at the following points along the line of said sewer,to-wit;one at the point of beginning of said sewer, one at the intersection of the center line of Evans street and the center line of Lincoln avenue, and one in the center line of Evans street at a point 196 feet northwesterly from the center line of Lincoln avenue. That a six(6)inch vitrified salt glazed the pipe sewer be constructed along the center line of Hudson street from a point where the northwesterly line of LotI Block D of Oak Villa Homestead,as said lot is shown on said map which is hereinbefore mentioned,produced northeasterly intersects the center line of Hudson street, thence to the center line of Vera avenue and connecting with existing manhole at said point, and also connecting with manholes to be constructed at the following points along the line of said sewer,to-wit; one a:k the point of beginning of said sewer, one at the intersection of the center line of Hudson street and the center line of Lincoln avenue, and one at the center line of Hudson street at a point 196 feet northwesterly from the center line of Lincoln Avenue.
