2(98 specified at the points and places shown on the plans for said work heretofore adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City, and particularly referred to and made apart hereof,said plans being now on file in the office of the Clerk of the daid Town of Redwood City. That one lamphole be constructed at the center line of Lincmin avenue at the southerly end of the sewer to be constructed on said Lincoln avenue as herein specified. THAT brick manholes with cast iron frames and covers be constructed along the line of said hereinbefore described sewers at the points and places following, to -wit; One at the center line of Evans street at a point,242 feet southeasterly from the center line of Lincoln avenue;one at the intersect:on of the center line of Lincoln avenue and the center line of Evans street;one at the intersection of the center line of Lincoln avenue and the center line of Hudson street, one at the center line of Hudson street at a point 242 feet southeasterly from the center line of Lincoln avenue,one at -the center line of Hudson street at a point 196 feet northwesterly from the center line of Lincoln avenue;and one at the center line of Evans street at a point 196 feet northwesterly from the center line of . THE Town Clerk shall cause this RESOLUTION of Intention NO.A-8 to be published twice in the Times -Gazette, a weekly newspaper published,printed and circulated -in said Town,(there being no dail;s paper in said Town)and hereby designated for that purpose by the Board of Trustees of said Town. The Street Superintendent of said Town shall immediately cause to be conspicuously posted along the line of said contemplated work and improvements and in front of all the property liable to be assessed notices of the passage of this Resolution of Intention N0..1-8,in the manner and form required by law. AND NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Monday the 16th.day of July,1917,at the hour of 8 O'clock P.M.of said day at the meeting place of the Board of Trustees of said Town of Redwood City, in the Council Chamber in the Town Hall on Webster street in said Town of Redwood Cityl County of San Mateo,Sttte of California,has been and is hereby fixed as the day,hour and place when and where any and all persons having any objections to the proposed work and improvements described im said RESOLUTION of Imtention No.? -8 may appear before the Board )f Trustee of said Town of Redwood City and show cause whet said proposed work and improve- -nents should not be carried out in accordance with this Resolution of Intention No.A-8. All the herein proposed work and improvements shall be done in pursuance of and in tionformity with an act of the Legislature of the State of California,entitled,"Improvement Act of 1912"approved April 7th.,191I, and acts amendatory thereof'.
