<br />Trustees of said Town of Redwood City and show cause why said proposed work and improve-
<br />ments should not be carried out in accordance with this Resolution of Intention.
<br />All the herein described work shall be done in pursuance of and in conformity with
<br />an Act of the Legislature of the State of California,, entitled, "Improvement Act of 1911"
<br />approved April 7th, 1911, and acts amendatory thereof.
<br />Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City, at a regu-
<br />lar meeting of said Board held on the 6th day of March, 1916, by the following vote:
<br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing Resolution of Intention No. 29,

<br />The Clerk of said Town of Redwood City shall cause this Resolution of Intention to
<br />be published twice in the Redwood City Democrat, a weekly newspaper, published and circu-
<br />lated in said Town of Redwood City and hereby designated by the Board of Trustees of said

<br />Town for that purpose.
<br />The Street Superintendent of said Town of Redwood City shall immediately cause to

<br />be conspicuously posted along the line o'f said contemplated work and improvements and in
<br />{
<br />front of all the property liable to be assessed, notices of the passage of this Resolution

<br />of Intention in the manner and form required. by law.
<br />IT IS HEREBY FURTHER RESOLVED and determined that serial bonds bearing interest
<br />at the rate of seven per cent per annum and extending over the period of five years from
<br />the second day of January next succeeding their date shall be issued to represent assess-
<br />ments of twenty-five dollars (425) or over for the Dost and expenses of said work and im-

<br />provements and in the manner and form, provided by law.

<br />Notice is hereby given that MONDAY, the 3rd day of April, 1916, at the Hour of 8

<br />o'clock P.M. of said day at the meeting place of the Board of Trustees of the.Town of
<br />Redwood City, in the Council Chamber, in the Town Hall on Webster street, in said Town
