One manhole at a point on the center line of Ver.. avenue produced northeasterly across El Camino Real to a point distance twenty three (23)feet from the center line of said E1 Camino Real,said point being located between the curb and the sidewalk on the northeasterly side of said E1 Camino Real.That a connection be made with existing manhole located on the center line of Maple street and distance at right angles from the center line of El Camino Real twenty six(26)feet. That Vera avenue be improved by having constructed thereon on both sides of the street and eighteen feet from the center line thereof combination cement cabs and gutters,from the southwesterly line of E1 Camino Real to a point where the northeasterly line of lot 7 of the Wooster,Nhitton,& Montgomery Subdivision of a part of the Redwood tram produced northwesterly crosses said Vera avenue,The gutter portion of said combination cement curb and gutter is to be two feet in width, and five inches thick next to curb portion of said combination curh and gutter and 6 -inches thick next to pavement. That cement concrete end walls be constructed at both ends of pipe culvert lastly herein mentioned and situated and to be constructed acrotis Vera avenue at a point I00 feet south- westerly from the southwesterly line of E1 Camino Real. Said cement concrete end walls shall be 6 feet long and one foot thick with.a base of two feet in width. That Vera avenue he improved by having graded for the full width of the roadway thereof ind to be paved for the full width of the roadway thereof excepting a strip two(2) feet vide immediately adjacent to the curb lines on both sides of the street,reserved for gutter- vays,with crushed rock,rock screenings and asphaltic oil,including all street intersections ind all str�et terminations,excepting therefrom a strip thirty(30) feet in width lying Eifteen(15) feet on either snide of the center line of Clinton street, The combination cement r;urb and gutters and the grading and paving of Vera avenue all as hereinbefore herein mention ed shall be constructed so that when same reached a point In said Vera avenue IO feet oouthwesterly from the southwesterly line of E1 Oamino Real it will widen out to meet the curb now constructed on the respective corners of E1 Camino Real and Vera avenue said curb having been constructed so that the ends thereof are 13 feet from the property lines.The widening out of said combinat,on curb and gutter and the grading anf paving as hereinbefore setforth shall be on a straight line from a point 10 feet southwesterly from the south- westerly line of E1 Camino Real and extending to the curb returns now constructed on 'the respective corners of E1 Camino Real and Vera avenue,said curb returns at their respective ends being 13 feet from the property lines of E1 Camino Real and Yvrra avenue.
