City Engineer presents Plans and Specifications. Trustee Tuchsen presents the following Resolution and moves its adoption,Trustee Mabie seconds the motion. RESOLUTION ADOPTING PIu1NS & SPECIFICATIONS ON VERA AVENUE. RESOLVED,that the plans and specifications for doing the following work and making the following improvements'in the Town of Redwood City,to-wit; That the eight (8) inch salt glazed tile pipe sewer at present in place and extending from that certain manhole at the intersection of the center lines of Adams street with the center line of Vera avenue along the center line of Vera avenue snortheasterly a distance of 304 feet to existing manhole, be lowered at its northeasterly end one and seven tenths(I.7) feet, and relaid on a grade which is a straight line from the last mentioned point to the bottom of aforementioned manhole at intersection of Adams street with Vera avenue. Res olblT.10' n Ad0#11ry That an eight (8)inch salt glazed the pipe sewer be constructed from a point on center -P/ahs line of Vers avenue sidtance 304 iffeet northeasterly from manhole at intersection of center Sftieei��Ggltroh ine of Adams street with center line of Vera avenue,along center line of Vera avenue north9 Vera AvP, easterly to E1 Camino Real and across E1 Camino Real on the center line of Vera avenue produu:ed to a point 2.3 feet northeasterly from center line of E1 Camino Real,and thence along El Camino Real from last mentioned point in a straight line to the existing manhole located at a point in the center line of Maple street,saidpoint being distance at right angles from the center line of E1 Camino Real twenty, six (26)feet,excepting however a distance of twenty.(20) feet where said sewer crosses the creek mn said El Camino Real,said 20 feet to be constructer of black -dipped wrought iron pipe eight(8)inchses in diameter . That one hanhole at present located at a point on center line of Vera avenue distance 307 feet northeasterly from the point of intersection of the center line of Adams street with the center line of Vera avenue,be removed,The iron from this manhole to be used in the construction of a nww manhole at a point on the center line of Vera avenue distance two hundred and fifty 250) feet northeasterly from the intersection of center line of Adams street with the center line of Vera avenue. That brich manhole with cast iron frames and covers be constructed at the following ol. points ,to -wit; One manhole at a point on the center line of Vera even ue distance 250 feet northeasterly from the point of intersection of the center line of Adams stroet with the center line of Tera avenue.
