i 399 One manhole at a point on the center line of Vera avenue productdd northeasterly across E1 Camino Real to a point distance twenty three (23) feet from the center line of said El Camino Real,said point being located between the curb and the sidewalk on the northeasterly side of said E1 Camino Real. That a connection be made with existing manholeltocated on the center line of Maple street and distance at right angles from the center line of El Camino Real twenty six (26)feet.* That Vera avenue be improved by having constructed thereon on both sides of the street and eighteen feet from the center line thereof combination cement curbs and gattere,from the soutiwesterly line of El Camino Real to a point where the northeasterly line of lot 7 of the Wooster,Whitton & Montgomery Subdivision of a part of the Redwood Farm produced northwesterly crosses said Vera avenue,The gutter portion of said combination cement curb and gutter is to be two feet in width,and five inches thick next to xu.rb portion of said combination curbs and gutter and 63, inchessthick next to pavement. That the intersections and terminations og all streets ans avenues intersecting or terminating at Vera.avenue between the southwesterly line of E1 Camino Real and northeasterl;i line of lot 7 of the Wooster,Whitton & Montgomery Subdivision of a part.of the Redwood Farm produced horthwesterly crosses Vera avenue be improved by having constructed on the respect- ive corners thereof combmnati6n cement curbs and gutters.Said curb portion of said combination cement curb and gutter shall be constructed with a radius of eight (8) feet, and the gutter portion of said combination cement curb and gutter shall be constructed wIth a radius of ten (IO) feet to outer edge of gutter,The end of curb in said intersecting o r terminating streets shall be distant on property lines extended ten(IO) feet from property lines on 3 said intersecting streets,The gutter portion of SLA d combination curb and gutter is to be trio feet in width and five inches thiak,next to curb portion of said combination curb and F1 CJ l gutter and 6-4 inches thick next to pavement. dol;y That a corrugated galvanized iron pipe culvert be constructed across Vera avenue a Plans point 100 feet southwesterly from the southerwesterly line of E1 Oamino Real,said culvert to U�raAv� have an internal diameter of eighteen(18) inches and a length of seventy (70) feet - That cement concr6te end walls be constructed at both ends of pipe culvert lastly here- in mentioned and situated and to be constructed across Vera avenue at a point 100 feet south - Nesterly from the southwesterly line of E1 Camino Real.Said Cement concrete end walls shall be 6 feet long and one foot thick with a base of two feet in width. That Vera avenue be improved by being graded for the full width of the roadway thereof ind paved for the full width of the roadway thereof excepting a strip two(2) feet wide immediately adjacent to the curb lines on both sides of the street,reserved for gutterways, ,vith crushed rock,rock screenings and asphaltic oil,including all street intersections and ill street treminations,exeepting therefrom a strip thirty(30) feet in width lying fifteen (15) feet on either side of the center line of Clinton street. The combination cement curb ind gutters and the grading and paving of Vera avenue all as hereinbefore herein mentioned Shall be constructed so that when same reaches a point on said Eera avenue IO feet south- westerly from the southwesterly line of El Camito Rsal it will widen out to m --et the curb now constructed on the respective corners of El Camino Real and Vera avenue said curb having been constructed so that the ends thereof are 13 feet from the property lines.The widening out of said combination curb and gutter and the grading and paving as hereinbefore setforth shall be on a straight line from a point IO feet douthwesterly from the south westerly line of E1 Camino Real and extending to the curb returns now constructed on the respective corners of E1 Camino Real and Vera avenue,siad curb returns at their respective ends being 13 feet from the property lines of El Camino Real and Vera avenue,as prepared by the City Engineer of the Town of Redwood City and submitted this 23rd,day of July,1917t be and the same are hereby adopted as and for the plans and specifications for doing said work.
