Regular meeting of the Board of Town Trustees held. 1 Upon roll call there were present; -Trustees Geo.W.Mc.Nulty,0e:rl K.Amabie,H.C.Tuohsen, { City Clerk W.A*Price ,Absent .1resident,EeR.&.mpson, Trustee Geo.A.Merrill. In the absence of President E*11.8ampson,Truetee H.C.Tuohsen was appointed to act as President (2ro Tem)on motion of Trustee Mo.Nulty, seconded by Trustee Ilabie,Motion Curried. Minutes of the regul:.r meeting held December 3rd.1917,the regu"r adjourned meeting held December I0th.1917 and the Special meeting held December 15th.1917,were read, and on motion of Trustee Mabie,seconded by Trustee McNulty same be approved as read:,Motion Carriel. On motion of Trustee Me.Nulty,seconded by Trustee 1"abie. the Clerk be instructed to purchase IO C": co "Seep to Right Signe"' the price of same to be 98.32,Motion Carried. Application of the Aedwood City Airie # 418 fraternal Order of E;.gles for permission to hold an all night dance on Saturday night December 29th.1917;was on;motion'of Trustee Mc.Nulty,seconded by Trustee itabie same be gr:nted,Motion Carried:, Application of Daniel Lynch to conduct an all night dance in Forest'er's Hall on Mond:;y evening December 31St-I917;was on motion of Trustee Me.Nulty,seconded by Trustee Mabie, same be granted,Motion Carried, Communication from Redwood City Board.of Fire Commissioners ,was received and filed, same to be brought up, at meeting of January.7th.191.7. Report of expert Wm.I.Kidd was received and laid over until meeting.of January 7th.1917. On motion of Trustee IZabie,sedonded by Trustee Me.Nulty,the application of C.J.Ahlborn for a Class "A" liquor license and a Class"D11 liquor license be received and filed and the clerk be instructed to notify the President of the Board when the notification for said permit so he can call a special meeting to act on said appllcation,Motion Carried. Application of Athan Andrew for a permit to operate an automobile for hire was on motion of Trustee Mabie,seconded by Trustee Mo.Nulty same be referred to the Committee of Public TM Health,Poliee and Morals to be reported on at meeting of January 7th.19178Motion Carried. Application of Laurence Brog,Manuel Vierra and Sam Carlson for 'a permit to operate a motor bus passenger service between the Town of Redwood City and Camp Fremont was on motion of Trustee b`abie,seconded by Trustee Mc.Nulty,the application be set for hearing for meet- ing of January 7th.1917,Motion Carried. Application of George H.Ayjworth of 317 Broadway ,Redwood City for a permit to operate an Lutomobile for hire was on motion of Trustee Mabie,seconded by Trustee Mo.Nulty said permit be granted,Motion Curried. On account of not filing affidavit of publication for a permit to operate a motor bus. passenger service the application of `alter J:.Green was laid over until meeting of January 7th.1917.
