Merrill,Geol <br />We MoNtLlty, Carl K. Mabie,H. C. Tuchsen,City Clerk W.A.Price.. <br />Affidavit of W.A.Price City Clerk in the matter of serving notice upon E.H.Sampson, <br />Geo A. Merrill,Geo W. MoNulty,Carl K. Mabie•,and H. C. Tuchsen, Members of the Board of <br />Trustees of the Town of Redwood City calling for a special meeting of the Board of Tru <br />stees to be held on Saturday evening December 15th,1917., at 7.30 o'clock P.M. was <br />received and filed. <br />The following citation was served upon Mr A.J.Fromm who appeared before the Board: - <br />To A.J.Fromm, <br />Mgr Hotel Sequoia, <br />Redwood City,Cal. <br />You are hereby cited to appear before the Board of Trustees o <br />of the Town of Redwood City at a special meeting of said Board' to be held on Saturday <br />evening December 15th,1917.,at the hour of 7.30 o'clock P.M. of said day at'the meet- <br />ing place of said Board in the Town Hall on Webster street in said Town of Redwood Cit <br />then and there to show cause if any'you have why the liquor licenses now held by you, <br />to -wit: a saloon license and a restaurant license should not be revoked for the reason <br />that intoxicating liquor was sold to a soldier in uniform of the United -States Army on <br />the evening of December 14th,1917., in the Sequoia Grill conducted by said A.J.Fromm. <br />SEAL. <br />u <br />W.
