<br />"Notice of Improvement" were duly and legally posted along the line of said contemplated
<br />work and improvements and in front of all the property liable to be assessed thereafter, in
<br />the manner and form as required by law, as appears fro?i the affidavit of J. 0. Dickey,
<br />Street Superintendent of said Town of Redwood City, and

<br />said Town. of Redwood City, hereinbefore referred to, that he cor.pleted the posting of the
<br />Notices of Improvement, above mentioned on the 2Pth duty of February, 1916; and
<br />WHEREAS, said Board of Trustees of said Town of Redwood in and by said Resolution
<br />of Intention No. 27, fixed 1.MNDAY, the 13th day of Larch, 1916, at the hour of 7:7,0 P.L:.
<br />of said day at the meeting place of said Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City,in
<br />the Council Chamber, in the Town Hall on ;V'ebster street in the Town of Redwood City,County
<br />of San Mateo, State of California, as the day, hour and place, when and where any and all
<br />persons having any objections to the proposed work and improvements desjribed in said. Re-
<br />solution of Intention No. 27, could appear before the Board of Trustees of said Town of
<br />Redwood City, and show cause why said proposed work and improvements should not be carried
<br />out in accordance with said Resolution of Intention No. 27; and
<br />WHEREAS, at the day, hour and place fixed in said Resolution of Intention No. 27
<br />when and where any and all persons having any objections to the proposed work and improve-
<br />ments described in said Resolution of Intention No. 27, could appear before the Board of
<br />Trustees of said. Tarn of Redwood 'City, and show cause why said proposed work and improve&--
<br />ments should not be carried out in accordance with said Resolution of Intention No. 27,
<br />no persons apperaed before said Board of Trustees of said Town of Redwood City objecting
<br />to said proposed work and improvements described in said Resolution of Intention No. 27,
<br />and at day, hour and place there were no objections of any kind or nature made against
<br />said proposed work and improvements described in said Resolution of Intnetion Ido, 27,
<br />THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the public interest and convenience require the
<br />work and improvements herein described, and the Board of Trustees of said Tcxrn of Redwood
<br />City, hereby orders the. following work to be done and improvements to be made in said
<br />Town of Redwood City, to -wit: -
<br />That the hereinafter mea.tioned streets and avenues in the Town of Redwood City,
<br />be improved by the construction of artificial stone sidewalks thereon upon the places here-
<br />inafter mentioned, such sidewalks to be of t1B width hereinafter mentioned and to be con-
