<br />RESOLVED,by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City,San Mateo County,
<br />California,that pursuant and subject to all the term,condition and provision of the Public
<br />Health Act of the State of California,Approved March 28th.1907;and all amendments thereto
<br />application by this Town be made to the State Board of Health of the State of.Oalifornia, forserrc�r
<br />for a permit to use existing sewer system outfall into Redwood Creek,tributary to Bay of ih10

<br />Sqn Francisco,that the Chairman of said Board of Trustees,be and he is hereby authorized Creei(
