Trustee Kreiss presents the following Resolution and moves its adoption,Trustee Mc.Nulty seconds the motion., RESOLUTION ORDERING THE WORK NO.B-3. RESOLVED, that whereas the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City,did'on the 6th.day of May,1918,pass its resolution of Intention No.B-3- to order the hereinafter described work to be done and improvements to be made in said Town.which Resolution of Intention Ido.B-3 was duly and legally published as required by law,as appears from the )TOso/ytop affidavit of Jas.D.Hedge now on file in the office of the Town Clerk of said Town; and 4011-* hg Oe whereas notices of the passage of said Resolution of Intention No.B-3 headed "Notice of WD No,B -3 Improvement's were duly and legally posted along the line, of said Contemplated 'work and 1YONSN improvements and in front of all the property liable to be assessed therefor, and upon `ParK each and every street in the assessment district described in said Resolution of Intention No-B-3,in time,form, manner and nu,ber required by law,after the passage of said Resolution of Intention No.B-3- as appears from the affidavit of Edward Dearborn,Street Superintendent of said Town of Redwood City,who personally posted said Notices,now on file in the office of the Clerk of said Town;and whereas at the time fixed in said Resolution of Intention No.B-3 and the notices of the passage thereof,so posted as afore- said,when and where protests against said work and improvements described therein could be made to said Board of Trustees of.said Timm,no persons appeared and no protests of any kind were made against said work and.improvements, and said Board of Trustees now having acquired jurisdiction to prder said work and improvements,it is hereby RESOLVED,that the public interest and convenience require the work and improvements herein described and the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City hereby orders the following work to be done and improvements to be made in said Town,to-wit;
