<br />inviting sealed proposals or bids for doing the work ordered,Said Clerk is also directed
<br />to publish a notice inviting such sealed proposals or bids, and referring to the plans
<br />and specifications posted or on file,twice in the Redwood City Democrat, a weekly news-
<br />paper published,printed and circulated in said Town of Redwood City,(there being no daily
<br />newspaper therein),and hereby designated by said Board for that purpose.

<br />of 8-4.5 o'clock P.M.at a regular adjourned meeting of said Board held on the 27th.day of
