<br />being the easterly limits of the town of Redwood City including all portions of all street

<br />the above described work and improvements all that portion of the roadway of El Camino
<br />Real, also known as the County Road, lying northerly from a line 12 feet northerly from

<br />beginning at the easterly line of the intersection of Broadway and E1 Camino Real, also
<br />known as the County Road, and extending easterly to a point 148.6 feet easterly from the
