<br />City be improved by having the hereinafter described portions thereof graded to -wit:
<br />All that portion of the roadway of El Camino Real, also known as the County Road,
<br />in the Town of Redwood City, lying northerly from a line 12 feet northerly from and par-
<br />allel to the center line of said E1 Camino Real, also known as the County Road and be-
<br />ginning at the center line of Rogers street extended southerly and running in an easterly
<br />direction to the westerly line of Woodside Road extended northerly to the northerly line
<br />of E1 Camino Real, also known as the County Road, extended easterly same being the east-
<br />erly limits of the Town of Redwood City, including all portions of all street intersections
<br />and all portions of all street terminations lying northerly from a line 12 feet northerly
<br />from and parallel to the said center line of said El Camino Real, also known as the County
<br />Road, excepting, however, from the above described work and improvements all that portion
<br />of the intersection of Broadway and El Camino Real, also known as the County Road, lying
<br />northerly from a line 12 feet northerly from and parallel to the center line of said E1
<br />Camino Real, also known as the County Road, and excepting, also. -from the foregoing de-
<br />scribed work and improvements all that portion of the roadway of E1 Camino Real, also
<br />known as the County Road, lying northerly from a line 12 feet northerly from and parallel
<br />to the said center line of said E1 Camino Real, also known as the County Road, at begin-
<br />ning at the easterly line of the intersection of Broadway and E1 Camino Real, also known
<br />as the County Road, and extending easterly to•a point 158.6 feet easterly from the north-
<br />erly line of Broadway extended westerly to the northerly curb line of El Camino Real, also
<br />known as the County Road; and
<br />Also all that portion of ths. roadway of El Camino Real, also known as the County
<br />Road, in the Town of Redwood City, lying southerly from a line 12 feet southerly from and
<br />parallel to the center line of said E1 Camino Real, alsto known as the County Road and'be-
<br />ginning at the center line of Rogers street extended southerly and running in an easterly
<br />direction to a point 216 feet easterly from the easterly line of Vera avenue extended
<br />northerly including all portions of all street intersections and all portions of all alley
<br />terminations and street terminations lying southerly from a line 12 feet southerly from and
<br />parallel to the said center lig of E1 Camino Real, also known as the County Road; and
<br />Also.all that portion of the roadway of El Camino Real, also known as the County
<br />Road, in the Town of Redwood City, lying southerly from a line 12 feet southerly from and
<br />parallel to the center line of El Camino Real, also known as the County Road, and the con -
<br />orate retaining wall constructed on the southerly side of said County Road; and beginning
<br />at a point 216 feet easterly from the easterly line of Vera Avenue extended northerly and
<br />running in an easterly direction to the westerly line of the Woodside Road, extended
<br />northerly to the northerly line of El Camino Real, also known as the County Road extended
<br />easterly, same being the `easterly limits of the Town of Redwood City, including all por-
<br />tions of all street terminations lying southerly from a line 12 feet southerly from and
<br />parallel to the said center line of El Camino Real, also known as the County Road, ex-
<br />oepting, however, from the above described work and improvements all those portions of the
<br />street terminations of Lincoln avenue, Roosevelt avenue, Oak avenue and Redwood avenue,
<br />occupied by wooden bridges across the creek on the southerly side -of El Oamino Real, a]s o
<br />known as the County Road; and
<br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that it is the intention of the Board of Trustees of
<br />the Town of Redwood City, to order the following work to be done and improvements to be
<br />made in said Town, to -wit:
<br />That E1 Camino Real, also known as the County Road, in the Town of Redwood
<br />City, be improved by having constructed thereon a 5 inch concrete pavement with a 1 ---inch
<br />asphalt wearing surface upon the following portions of the roadway of said El Camino Real,
<br />also known as the County Road, to -wit: -
