<br />known as the County Road, and extending easterly to a point 148.6 feet easterly from the
<br />northerly line of Broadway extended westerly to the northerly line of said El Camino
<br />Real, also known as Us County Road; and also excepting from tIR. above described work and
<br />improvements the following strips 30 inches in width immediately adjacent to the curb line
<br />on the northerly side of said El Camino Real, also known as the County Road, reserved for
<br />concrete gutter -ways, to -wit: -
<br />A strip 30 inches in width and beginning at the northerly line of E1 Camino
<br />Real, also known as the County Road, at the corner of Main street and El Camino Real, or
<br />County Road, and extending around the radius of the, curb line and along the northerly
