<br />RESOLUTION OF AWARD NO. 23
<br />WHEREAS', the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City, did, in open session,
<br />on the 3rd day of April, 1916, publicly open, examine and declare all sealed proposals
<br />or bids for doing the following described work in said Town, to -wit: -
<br />That a 12inch sewer be constructed in the 'Town of Redwood City from the easterly
<br />line of James avenue extended northerly to a point 19 feet from the southerly line of the
<br />El Camino Real, also known as the County Road, thence northerly along the E1 Camino Real
<br />also known as the County Road 19 feet north of and parallel to the southerly line of said
<br />street to a point 215 feet northwesterly from the easterly line of James Avenue extended
<br />northerly to a point 19 feet northerly from the southerly line of said El Camino Real,
<br />also known as the, County Road, thence at right angles northerly across said El Camino
<br />Real, also known as the County Road 47 feet to the northerly line of said street, thence
<br />along the center of right of way described in those certain deeds from Olga Heiner Chil-
<br />cott and R.F.Chilcott her husband to the Town of Redwood City, recorded in Volume 243 of
<br />Deeds, at page 487- Records of San Mateo County and from Henry E. Holmes and Adah B.Holmes
<br />h3.t wife, to the Town of Redwood City, recorded in Volume 247 of Deeds, at page 272,
<br />Records of San Mateo County (said right of way being.hereinafter fully described) to the
<br />southerly line of George Street, thence along the center line of Minnie Street extended
<br />and the center line of Iviinnie street northerly to connect with sewer in Broadway at man -
<br />hole in center line of Broadway 208.8 feet southwesterly from the most southerly rail of
<br />the Southern Pacific Railroad Company's track as now constructed with brick man -holes
<br />and cast iron frames and covers constructed at the following points and places on said
<br />sewer, to -wit:- one such brick manhole with cast iron frame and cover to be constructed
<br />at a point on the easterly line of James avenue extended northerly 19 feet from the south- .
<br />erly,,line of the El Camino Real, also known as tln: County road, another such brick man-
<br />hole with cast iron frame and cover to be constructed on El Camino Real, also known as the
<br />County Road at a point 19 feet northerly from the southerly line of said street and 215
<br />feet northerly from the easterly line of James avenue extended to a point 19 feet northerly
<br />from the southerly line of said El Camino Real, also known as the County Road,also anoth-
<br />er such brick manhole with cast iron frame and cover to be constructed in the right of way
<br />described in deed from Olga Heiner Chilcott and R.F.Chilcott, her husband to the Town of
<br />Redwood City hereinbefore referred to at a point in said right of way 127.87 feet northerly
<br />from the northerly line of the said E1 Camino Real, also known as the County Road, also
<br />that 12 inch by 4 inch Y's be placed and constructed at the following points and places on
<br />said sewer line, to -wit:- on the southerly side of said sewer at 95 feet,145 feet and 195
<br />feet, respectively, northwesterly from the easterly line of James avenue extended northerly
<br />to a point 19 feet from the southerly line of said El Camino Real, also known as the
<br />County Road, also on the northerly side of said sewer at 50 feet,100 feet,150 feet and 200
<br />feet, respeetively,northwesterly from the easterly line of James avenue extended northerly
<br />to a point 19 feet from the southerly line of said El Camino Real, also known as the
<br />County Road, also on the westerly side of said sewer running through the right of way de-
<br />scribed in deed from Olga Heiner Chilcott and R.F.Chilcott, her husband, and Henry-P.Holmes
<br />and Adah B. Holmes, his wife, to the Town of Redwood City, hereinbefore referred to at 68
<br />feet and 232 feet respectively, northerly from the northerly line of said El Camino Real
<br />also known as tIn County Road, also on the easterly line of said sewer running through the
<br />right of way described in deed from Olga Heiner Chilcott and R. F.Chilcott, her husband
<br />and Henry .;.Holmes and Adah B.Holmes, his wife, to the Town of Redwood City hereinbefore
<br />referred to, at 73 feet and 207 feet respectively, northerly from the northerly line of
