said E1 Camino Real, also known as the County Road, also on the westerly saide of said sewer
<br />on Minnie street at 120 feet and 170 feet, respectively, southerly from the southerly line
<br />of Broadway, also on the easterly side of said sewer at 125 and 175 feet,respeetively,
<br />southerly from the southerly line of Broadway, also that a 12 inch connection be construct-
<br />ed in the manhole on the line of said sewer in the right of way described in deed from
<br />Olga Heiner Ohiloott and R.F.Chilcott, her husband, to the Town of Redwood City, hereinbe-
<br />fore referred to, at a point 127.87 feet northerly, from the northerly line of said El Camin)
<br />Real, also known as the County Road,said 12 inch connection to open or extend towards Villa
<br />Lot 12,of the Town of Redwood City,also that four concrete piers be constructed with fit-
<br />tings on the line of said sewer where same crosses the north branch of Redwood Embaroadero
<br />Creek on the right of way described in deed from Olga Heiner Chilcott and R.F.Chilcott
<br />her husband, to the Town of Redwood City, hereinbefore referred to, said such concrete
<br />piers and fittings to be constructed across said creek on the line of said sewer to support
<br />and carry 36 feet of 12 inch cast iron pipe extending across said creek. All the 12 inch
<br />sewer specified herein shall be constructed of vitrified and glazed sewer pipe excepting
<br />36 feet thereof crossing the north branch of Redwood Embarcadero Creek on the right of way
<br />described in deed from Olga Heiner Chilcott and R.F.Chilcott, her husband, to the Town of
<br />Redwood City, hereinbefore referred to,which said 36 feet shall be constructed of 12 inch
<br />cast iron pipe. All 12 inch by 4 inch Y's specified herein shall be constructed of vit-
<br />rified salt glazed sewer pipe.
<br />The right of way hereinbefore mentioned in the deed from Olga Heiner Chilcott and R. F.
<br />Chilcott, her husband to the Town of Redwood City, is described as follows: -
<br />"Beginning at a point on the northerly line of El Camino Real, or County Road, distant
<br />South 43 degrees .05 minutes East 25 feet from the center line of the North branch of the
<br />Redwood Embarcadero Creek, said point being also distant South 43 degrees 05 minutes East
<br />266.35 feet from the intersection of the northerly line of said County Road with the south -
<br />erly line of George street, as said street is established by the official surveys and mon-
<br />uments of the Town of Redwood City, thence at right angles to said northerly line of said
<br />County Road North 46 degrees 55 minutes East, to the center line of Minnie Street, produced
<br />southerly, thence north 4 degrees 38 minutes West along the prolongation of the center line
<br />of said Minnie street to the southerly line of said George street, thence along the south-
<br />erly line of George street, north 85 degrees 56 minutes East 2 feet, thence South 4
<br />degrees 38 minutes East 128.90 feet on a line 2 feet distant from and parallel with the
<br />said center line of Minnie street produced, thence South 46 degrees 55 minutes Nest 130.28
<br />feet to the northerly line of said County Road, thence along the northerly line of said
<br />County Road North 43 degrees 5 minutes West 5 feet to the place of beginning."
<br />Said above described land being portions of Villa Lots 11 and 12, of the Tovmrn of Redwood Citi'
<br />County of San Mateo,State of California,as shown on the Map of the Town of Mezesville,here-
<br />inafter referred to herein.
<br />The right of way hereinbefore mentioned in the deed from Henry E.Holmes and Adah B.Holmes

<br />d his wife, to the Tpwn of Redwood City, is described as follows. -
<br />"Beginning on the southerly line of George street,at a point distant thereon 3 feet wester-
<br />ly from the center line of idinnie street produced southerly,thence South 4 degrees 38
<br />minutes west parallel with and distant 3 feet from the said center line of Minnie street
<br />126.54 feet, thence North 46 degrees 55 minutes East 3 feet, more or less to the said pro-
<br />longation of the said center line of Iflinnie Street, thence North 4 degrees 38 minutes West
<br />along said prolongation of said center line of said Minnie street to the southerly line of
<br />George street, thence westerly along the southerly line of George street 3 feet to the
<br />place of beginning."
