I I I pii4Yn II i W <br />The above described land is a portion of Villa Lot 12 of the Town of Redwood City, <br />County of San Mateo, State of California,as shown on the map of the: Town of ISezesville, <br />hereinafter referred to. herein. <br />All the hereinbefore and hereinabove mentioned work and improvements are to be done in ac- <br />cordance with the special plans and specifications heretofore adopted for doing said work <br />and improvements by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City,on the 7th day of <br />February, 1916,and now on file in the office of the Clerk of said Town of Redwood City, to <br />which plans and specifications reference is hereby made forafurther description of said <br />work and improvements and for further partidulars:. <br />And said Board of Trustees does hereby determine and declare that said proposed work and im <br />provements are of more than local or ordinary public benefit,and will affect and benefit <br />the lands and district hereinafter described,which said district is hereby declared to be <br />the district benefited by said work and improvements and to have the exterior boundaries <br />hereinafter described as the boundaries t1a reof; that therefore the entire costs and ex- <br />penses of said work and improvements shall be and are hereby made chargeable against and <br />shall be assessed upon said lands and districts, which district!, is within the limits of <br />the Town of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, and the exterior <br />boundaries thereof are particularly described as follows, to -wit: - <br />Beginning at a point on the easterly line of Minnie street,said point being distant south- <br />erly along the easterly line of Minnie Street one hundred (100) feet from the southerly <br />property line of Broadway, thence North 85 degrees 56 minutes East one hundred (100) feet <br />distant from and parallel to the southerly line of Broadway for a distance of one hundred <br />feet, thence southerly along a line one hundred (100) feet distant from and parallel to <br />the easterly line of Minnie street to the dividing line between Villa Lots Eleven (11) <br />and twelve (12), of the Town of Redwood City, as shown on the map of the Town of Mezesville <br />(now called Redwood City) which said map is of record in Book I,at page 79. Records of <br />San Mateo County,thence following the dividing line between lots eleven (11) and twelve <br />(12) as shown on Maps last referred to as easterly to the dividing line between lots Ten <br />(10) and Eleven (11),as shown on Map last referred to, thence southerly along the dividing <br />line between lots ten (10) and eleven (11) as shown on Map last referred to, to the north- <br />erly line of El Camino Real, also known as the County Road, thence southerly across said <br />E1 Camino Real, also known as the County Road in a straight line to the westerly line of <br />Lot I Block I of the Jas. A.Robinson subdivision of the Town of Redwood City,as shown on <br />Map thereof recorded in Map Book A at page 31, records of San Mateo County,where said <br />westerly line of said Lot I Block I intersects the southerly line of said E1 Camino Real, <br />also known as the County Road, thence following the westerly line of Lots One (1) Nine <br />(9) Ten (10) and Eleven (11) in Block I, as shown on the map last referred to to the <br />southwest corner of Lot Eleven (11) Block 1, as shown on the map last referred to, thence <br />southerly in a straight line to the southeast corner of Lot fifteen (15) Block fifteen <br />(15) as shown on the map of Redwood Highlands, recorded in Map Book 9,at pages 6 and 7, <br />records of San Mateo County,thence southwesterly along the southeasterly line of Blocks <br />fifteen (15) across Duane street and along they southeasterly line of Block sixteen (16) <br />acros Elwood street and along the southeasterly line of Block twenty-three (23) j.dross <br />Fulton street and along the southerly line of Block twenty-three A (23A),all as shown on tho <br />Map last referred to, to the southeasterly corner of Block two (2) of Central Park No. 1 <br />as shown on the Iviap thereof, of record in Map Book 7, at page 4.5,records of San Mateo Count. - <br />thence xontinuing southwesterly along the southeasterly line of Block two (2) across Grand <br />street and along the southeasterly line of Block five (5) across Hudson street and along <br />the southeasterly line of Block eight (8) across Iris street and along the southeasterly <br />Wo <br />
