Winslow street in time Town of Redwood City, on the westerly side thereof and be - ginning at a line 108 feet of and parallel to the southerly line of Broadway,and ex- tending southerly along the westerly side of said Winslow street for a distance of 88 feet, said sidewalk to begin ¢ feet westerly from the westerly curb line of said Winslow street and extend 6 feet westerly toward the westerly property line of said Winslow street; and BE IT FURTBER RESOLVED, that it is the intention of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City, to order the following work to be done and improvements to be made in said Town, to -wit: - That the. intersection of East Brewster avenue and Arguello street be improved by having constructed thereon at the southwest corner of said intersection of said East Brewster avenue and Arguello street an artificial stone sidewalk, such intersection and corner to be constructed as to cover the entire space included within the )prolongation of the inner lines of artificial stone sidewalks constructed on the intersecting streets and inner line of the curbp, such inner lines of the curbs to be 6 inches inside the outer curb lines; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that it is the intention of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood- City, to order the following work to be done and improvements to be made in said Town, to -wit: - That East Brewster avenue and Winslow street in the Town of Redwood City be im- proved by having constructed thereon the following artificial stone approaches, said ap- proaches to be located on said street; and avenue, at the place hereinafter mentioned, and to be of the lengths, and widths and thickness hereinafter specified, to -wit: - An artificial stone approach on East Brewster avenue in the Town of Redwood City, 5 inches thick and 9 feet wide and built on a uniform slope from a line 9 feet easterly from and parallel to the easterly curb line of East Brewster avenue and extending to the gutter line at th easterly curb line of said East Brewster avenue, said approach to be- gin at aline 350 feet northerly from and parallel to the northerly line of E1 Camino Real, also known as tYn 'County Road, and extend'.northerly to a line 402 feet northerly from and parallel to the northerly line of El Camino Real, also known as the County Road. An artificial stone approach on the westerly side of Winslow street 5 inches thick and 10 feet wide, built on a uniform slope from aline 10 feet westerly from and parallel to the westerly line of said Winslow street and extending to the gutter line at the. west- erly curb line of said Winslow street. Said approach to begin at a line 68 feet south of and parallel to t1B southerly line of Broadway and extend to a line 108 feet south of and parallel to thesoutherly line of Broadway. All the hereinabove and hereinbefore mentioned work and improvements are to be done in accordance with the special plans and specifications heretofore adopted for doing said work, and improvements by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City, on the 21st day of February, 1916, and now on file in the office of the Clerk of the Torn of Red- wood City, to which pland and specifications reference is hereby made for a further descrip- tion of said work and improvements and for further particulars. Serial Bonds bearing interest at the rate of 7% per annum, and extending over the period of 5 years from the 2nd. day of January, next succeeding their date, shall be is- sued to represent assessments of twenty-five M5) dollars, or over for the costs and ex- penses of said work and improvements and in manner and form, provided by law.
