JOHNSTON <br />at the prices named in his bid. <br />The Town Clerk of said Town of Redwood City is hereby directed to post no- <br />tice of this award conspicuously for 5 days, on or near the Council Chamber door of the <br />Board of Trustees of said Town of Redwood City, also publish notice of this award by two <br />insertions in the "Times -Gazette", a weekly newspaper published and circulated in said <br />Town of Redwood City, and hereby designated for that purpose by the Board of Trustees of <br />said Town. <br />All the herein described work and improvements shall be done in pursuance of <br />and in conformity with an Act of the Legislature of the State of California, entitled, <br />"Improvement Act of 1911", approved April 7th, 1911, and Acts amendatory thereof. <br />Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of said Town of Redwood City, at <br />a regular meeting of said Board, held on the 3rd day of April, 19169 by the following vote: <br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing Resolution of Award No. 27 <br />Trustees, <br />Trustees, <br />Deleau.
