Motion Carried. <br />The monthly Report of Town Clerk,Iviarshal Treasurer, Superintendent of Streets, and <br />City Electrician, were received and filed on motion of Trustees Deleau and Sampson. <br />Affidavit of J.D.Hedge, in the matter of publishing the Notice to apply for"a'dlass <br />"A" liquor license by Angelo Scilih.i, was received and filed on motion of Trustees Deleau <br />and Sampson. <br />J.F.Archibald granted a permit to move house from Whipple avenue to Spruce street <br />r • <br />subject to the term of ordinance. <br />On motion Trustee Sampson seebnded by Trustee Deleau clean up days to be held <br />April 12th, 13th, 14th 15th and the Clerk provides printed notices. <br /># IrZotion Carried. <br />Trustee Deleau moves seconded by Trustee Sampson, City Electrian IJ.E.Ryan, pur- <br />chased 1000 lamps for decoration purposes provided in first class condition. <br />Motion Carried. <br />Affidavit of J.D.Hedge in the matter of publishing notice of the construction of <br />artificial curbs on the County Road, Resolution of Intention No. 29 on motion Trustees <br />Tuchsen and Sampson, same be received and filed. <br />I -lotion Carried. <br />Affidavit of J.C.Dickey, Superintendent of streets in the matter of posting Notice <br />of Improvement under Resolution No. 29, on motion TrusteesDeleau and Sampson received <br />and filed. <br />Motion Carried. <br />Trustee Tuchsen, presents the following Resolution and moved its adoption. Trustee <br />Hahir seconded the motion. <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE WORK NO.29 <br />RESOLVED, that whereas, the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City, did, on <br />the 6th day of March, 1916, pass its Resolution of Intention No. 29, to order the herein- <br />after described work to be done and improvements to be made in said Town, which Retdlfztion <br />of Intention No. 29, was duly and legally published as required by law, as appears from <br />the affidavit of Jas. D.Hedge, now on file in the office of the Clerk of said Town of <br />Redwood City; <br />AND WHEREAS, notices of the passage of said Resolution of Intention No. 29,headed <br />"Notice of Improvement" were duly and legally posted along the line of said contemplated <br />work and improvements and in front of all property liable to be assessed therefor, in form <br />and manner as required by law, as appears from the affidavit of J.C.Dickey, Street Super- <br />intendent of said Town of Redwood City; <br />AND WHEREAS, it appears from the affidavit of said J.C.Dickey, street superintendent <br />of said Town of Redwood City, hereinbefore mentioned, that the notices of improvements so <br />posted as aforesaid, set forth were posted and said posting was completed on the 22nd day <br />of March, 1916. <br />AND WHEREAS, in and by said ResolAtion of Intention No. 29 said Board of 8rustees <br />75 <br />
