<br />Resolution of Intention of the Board
<br />of Trustees of the Town of Redwood
<br />City to close and vacate portions of
<br />"li'lllow street. Laurel street, Heller,
<br />street. Charter street and Chew street,'
<br />hereinafter described in the Town of;
<br />Redwood City, County of San -Mateo.'
<br />State of California.

<br />of Trustees of the Town of Redwood
<br />City, County of San Mateo, State of
<br />California, that the public Interest,
<br />and public convenience require, and'
<br />: that it Is the intention now declared by!
<br />the Board of Trustees of the Town sof,
<br />,Redwood City to ordLry the closing ands
<br />'vacating as public streets anti high-
<br />ways, all those portions of Willow
<br />street, Laurel street, Helier street,
<br />Charter street and Chew street in the
<br />Town of Redwood City, hounded and
<br />more fully described as follows, to -wit:
<br />. Willow street for the full width
<br />thereof from the southwesterly line of
<br />Heller street to the northeasterly line
<br />of Chew street.
<br />Laurel street for the full width there-
<br />of from the southwesterly line of Hel-
<br />ler street to the northeasterly line of
<br />Chew street.
<br />Heller street for. the full width there-
<br />of from the easterly line of Willow
<br />street to the westerly ]tile of Charter
<br />street.
<br />Charter street for the full width
<br />thereof from the northeasterly line of
<br />Chew street extended easterly in a
<br />straight line across said Charter street
<br />to a point 100 feet northeasterly from,
<br />and parallel to the northeasterly bine of,
<br />Heller street, extended easterly.
<br />Chew street for the full width there-
<br />of from the westerly line of Charter
<br />street to a straight line across said]
<br />Chew street 100 feet westerly from and
<br />parallel to the westerly line of Laurel
<br />street.
<br />That Is is unnecessary to levy an as-
<br />sessment to provide for the proposedl
<br />work of vacating and closing still] por-
<br />tions of Willow street. Laurel street,
<br />Heller street, Charter street and Chew
<br />street, herelnnbefore and hereinabove de-
<br />scribed, or any part or portion thereof.
<br />And notice is hereby given that all
<br />persons Interested and objecting to the
<br />closing and vacating of said portions of
<br />I Willow street, Laurel street, Heller
<br />street, Charter street and Chew street,
<br />hereinbefore desm'Ibed herein, m• any]
<br />part or portion thereof, are heronry 11
<br />fied to file their objections in writing in
<br />the ofllee of and with the Clerk of the
<br />j Town of Redwood City, as Clerk of the
<br />Board Of Trustees of said Town of,

<br />And the Superintendent of Streets of
<br />the Town of Redwood City shall im-
<br />mediately ealme to be conspicuously]
<br />posted along the line of said contem-
<br />plated work and improvements, at not
<br />more than 300 feet In distance apart,
<br />and not less than three in ail, notieev of
<br />the nassnee of this Resolution of Tn-
