75 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING GRADES OF CERTAIN STREETS. Trustee Mc.Nulty presents the following Resolution and moves its adoption. RESOLVED,by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City,that the official grades of the following named streets in the Town of Redwood City at the points and places hereinafter mentioned,be and the same are hereby fixed and established as follows, to -wit; Center line of Phelps street at center line of Elm street extended at 8.7 feet above base. Centerline of Cassia street at center line of Heller street at 9.5 feet Center line of Phelps street at center line of Cassia street extended,being both port- ions of Cassia street at 8.5 feet above base. Center line of Phelps street at center line of Maple street at 8.3 feet above base. Center line of Phelps street ex:rended at center line of Main Street at 8.I feet above base. Center line of Webster street extended at center line of Main street at 8.I feet above base. Center line of Webster street at the westerly property line of Main street at 8.1 feet above base. Center line of Webster street at angle where said center line turns from a straight lira at 8.5 feet above base. Center line of Webster street at easterly line of concrete bridge on said Webster street at 8.5.feet above base. G1fAU�is/in9 Center line of Webster street at the easterly property line of East Jefferson Avenue at 6.8 .feet above base./re/%6sf The grades on said streets running easterly and westerly between points where said ndoffreh grades are herein fixed and established shall be a straight line connecting said sev- eral described points.The grades on said streets running northerly and southe,�ly bet- ween points where said grades are herein fixed a_.d established shall be a straight line connecting condecutive points. The grade of the gutter on the southerly side of Phelps street from the easterly line of Cassia street to the easterly line of the roadway of Plain street shall at all points be eleven inches below the grades in the center of the street as herein established. The grade of the gutters on both sides of Cassia street between Phelps street and Heller street shall at all points be inches below the grades in the venter of the street as herein established. The grades of the top of the curbs on both sides of Webster street between Main street and East Jefferson street shall at all points be even with the grades in the center of the street as herein fixed and established, The grades of the gutters on both sides of Webster street shall at all points be six inches below the grades at the top of the curbs as herein fixed and established, Resolved that the mean high water of the San Francisco Bay is hereby adopted and establish - ea as the base from which and above which the grades hereinbefore mentioned are computed and established. Resolved that the top of that certain grantite monument marked "G.B." placed in that certain triangular piece of land in the Town of Redwood City,the property of said Town, - and bounded by Main Street,formerly Mound street,Beech street and the Southern Pacific Rialroad Company right of way,which monument is located in said piece of land at a point 5.5 feet easterlyfrom a point in the easterly line of Main street,formerly IAound street, which point is 50.6 feet northerly in said easterly line of Main street,formerly Mound street,from the northerly line of Beech street is hereby established and declared to be 12.6 feet above mean high water of San Francisco Bay. Resolved that the width of the roadway of Webster street between I,Iain street and East Jefferson Avenue,be and the same is hereby fixed and established at 44 feet,to be 22 ft.on each side of center line thereof. RESOLVED that the width of the roadway of Main street between Braodway and Maple street, be and the same is hereby fixed and established at 44 feet,to be 22 feet on each side of the center line thereof. RESOLVED that the remaining portions of Webster street between Ilain street and East Jefferson avenue and of Main street between Broadway and Maple Street,be and the same are set apart as and for sidewalks and curbs. Trustee Jones seconds the motion. Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City at a regular meeting of said Board held on the 16th,day of June,Iglg,by the following vote; Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing Resolution,Trustees Y.E.Ryan, Geo.W.Mc.Nulty, J.
