<br />RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City,that the Clerk of the Town
<br />of Redwood City give and cause to be published,a notice of sale .of the municipal improve-
<br />ment of bonds of 1918 of said Town of Redwood City,in the amount of one hundred and twenty
<br />thousand ($ 120,00O)dollars,bving the bonds issued for certain municipal improvements in
<br />said Town in pursuance of a special election Yield in said Town on the 27th.da7 of Nfay,1gIg,
<br />said notice to be published for two weeks in the Times-Gazette,a weekly newspaper published,
<br />printed and circulated in said Town;
<br />And be it further resolved that the sale' of said bonds be geld in the office of this
<br />Board in the Town Hall on Webster street in the said Town of Redwood City,County of San Mateo,
<br />State of California,on the I¢th.day of July;191g,at the hour of 8 o'clock P.M.of said day;

<br />than their par value and accrued interest,in gold coin of the United States of America,the

<br />one•thousand ($I000) dollars each.All of said bonds are negotiable in #orm.One fortlbth
<br />(Il¢0)part of the principal of said bonds is payable each and every year,Said bonds are
<br />issued in series so that one fortieth (140) part of the numbers of said bonds will be
<br />payable on the 2nd.day of Jult,of each and every year thereafter for the full period of
<br />forty years.
