<br />the fiscal year Ig Ig-1920,for the general municipal purposes and for the general fund of
<br />said Town of Redwood City,upon each one hundred dollars of the assessed valuation of the !!!
<br />property in said Town of Redwood City,be and the same is hereby fixed at one ($I)dollar;and
