<br />Upon roll, call there were present Trustees -President Carl $.Mabie-Geo.W.Mc.Nulty-
<br />Geo.A.Sreiss,City Clerk W.A.Price,Absent Trustees M.E.Ryan-J.C.Jones.
<br />t Minutes of regular meeting held October 6th.1919,adjourned meeting held October 13th.
<br />1 Iglg-and adjourned meeting held October 14th.IgIg were read and oh motion of Trustee -
<br />j 11c.Nulty,seconded by Trustee .Kreise,same be approved as read.Motion Oarried.
<br />On motion of Trustee•IVIc.Nulty,seconded by Trustee KreisS,C.B.Cowden be granted 35 days
<br />extensionof time on the'.expiration of his former extension on the Phelps street storm
<br />sewer contract.Motion Carried.
<br />Application from the Redwood City Post American Legion for permission to hold their
<br />meetings in the Council Chamber on the Second and Fourth Fridays of each month was granted

<br />on motion of Trustee Mc.Nulty,seconded by Trustee Kreiss and carried.
<br />Application of C.B.Cowden for extension of 30 days on his Maple Street Contract was
<br />granted on motion of Trustee Kreiss,seconded by Trustee IVIo.Nulty and carried,

<br />J The following letter was received from The Pacific Gas & Electric Company,and was on
<br />motion of Trustee Kreiss,seconded by Trustee Mc.Nulty received and filed,Motion Carried.

<br />which the Town of Redwood City has made with the Pacific Telephone and
<br />Telegraph Company has been referred to this office.
<br />F Referring to your statement that it is desired by the Board of
<br />Trustees that the Pacific Gas and Electric Company remove their over-
<br />head construction on the poles on said streets within the same time,
<br />namely,within three years from October Ist.Ig19.,1 beg to advise it will
<br />give this Company pleasure to comply,within the period named,with the
<br />wishes of the Board of Trustees.
