Geo.Vl.11c.Nulty,J.C.Jones,Geo.A.Kreiss,City Clerk W.A.Price. <br />lSinutes of 'regular meeting held December Ist.IgIg,and regular adjourned meeting <br />held December 8th.1919 were read and on mot -loo of Trustee 1,2c.Nulty,seconded by Trustee <br />Jones,same be approved as read.Motion Carried. <br />Communication from Theodore J.Savage,Attorney for L.N.& E.R.Jesson,in the matter <br />regatdi­aglocal Improvement District Number 13 and District Number I4 was on motion of <br />Trustee Kreiss,seconded by Trustee McNulty and carried same be received and filed. <br />Trustee lic:Nulty offers the following Resolution and moves it adoption,Trustee' <br />Kreiss seconds the motion. <br />Resolved by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City, <br />THAT VIREREAS,it appears to the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City that in <br />Vocal Improvement District No.13 of saidnTown the first assessment levied by the Board of <br />Trustees of said.Town in 2909 was insufficient to complete said improvement; and <br />MREAS,it further appears to said Board of Trustees that it is necessary to raise the <br />sum of '0 4590.66 to complete the improvement in said Local Improvement District No.13 of <br />the Town of Redwood City; and <br />VMREAS,it further appears to said Board of Trustees that the District of Appeal of <br />the First Appellate District of the State of California,Division Number One did on the <br />-94th.day of Bovember,Ig2g,issue a Prempetory Writ of Mandate directed to the Board of <br />Trustees of the Town of Redwood City directing said Board of Trustees to Immediately <br />proceed and levy a second assessment in Local Improvement District No.13 of the Town. of <br />Redwood Vity upon the real property in said district described to raise the sum of 0 4590.66 <br />together with the costs of said second assessment; <br />NOVI THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that C.L.Dimmit, the City Engineer bf the Town of Redwooe <br />City,be and he is hereby appointed an engineer for the purpose of making,preparing and <br />submitting to this Board.of Trustees an assessment upon the real property described in <br />Local Improvement District No.13 of the Town. of'Redwood City in the sum of $ 4590.66 <br />together with the -cost of making said assessment added thereto. <br />Passed anz, adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City at a regular <br />meeting of sah Board held on the 15th.day of Becember,Ig19,by the following vote; <br />Ayes and in favor of the passage of the foregoing Re$olution,Trustees; <br />M.E.Ryan,Geo.W.lc.Nulty, J.
