<br />IN THE MATTER OF LEVYING OF A SECOND AND ADDITIONAL ASSESSINT
<br />IN RE "ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 13#It

<br />WHEREAS, this Board of Trustees did•on the 2nd.day of February,"1920,duly adlrpt
<br />a.resolution adopting and approving the report of C.L.Dimmitt,City Dngineer,filed on said
<br />dey with the City Clerk of said Town of Redwood City,whieh said report relates to the,
<br />matter of levying a second and additional assessment upon the lots,parcel a d subdivisions
<br />of land within the "Assessment District No -13" of the Town of Redwood City, tate of Calif=
<br />ornia,by which said resolttion the said Board of Trustees did among other•things levy a
<br />second and additional assessment upon the lots and laaAs'and subdivisions of property
<br />'within said district for the purpose pf paying for the improvement heretofore ordered and
<br />done in said proceedings, and which said resolution further fixed this Ist,day of March,,
<br />1920,at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P.M- in the Council Chamber or room wherein the Board
<br />of Trustees of the Town of -Redwood City regularly meets,in the Town Hall on Webster Street,
<br />in the Town of Redwood City,State of California.,as the time and place dor the hearing
<br />provided for by Section 5 of the "Local Improvement Act of 1901;' and
<br />WHEREAS at said time so fixed by this Board as aforesaid, there was and is on
<br />file with this Board as affidavit that the. notice of said hearing containing the matters
<br />and things required and specified by Section 6 -of the "Local'Improvement Act of 190I11,
<br />and headed as therein required,had been posted along all streete,lanes,alleys,coutts and
<br />places or public ways within said assessment district as distances not more than three
<br />hundred feet apart(bu't not less than three•in all),at least teg days prior to the time
<br />set for the said hearing as aforesaid. And also an affidavit of the Primer and Publisher
<br />of Redwood City Democrat, a newspaper of general circulation published and circulated in
<br />the Town of Redwood City, to the effect that the.said notice was published once in said
<br />newspaper at least ten days before the date of the said hearing as aforesaid; npw therdfore
<br />be it
<br />RESOLVED, and this Board of Trustees does hereby make its finding and order and
<br />recite that -notice of said hearing has been posted and published according to law.
<br />Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood City at a regular
<br />meeting of said Board held on this Ist,day of March,1920,by the following vote;
