<br />�! WHEREAS, the legisiative branch of
<br />the Town of Redwood City, a municipal
<br />corporation of the sixth class, did, on
<br />the 16th day of February, 1920; by a
<br />vote of two-thirds of all the members
<br />of said legislative branch, determine,
<br />in due and proper form, that the public
<br />Interest and public necessity of said
<br />Town of .Bellwood City, and of the in-
<br />habitants thereof, demand certain pub -
<br />lie municipal improvements in and for
<br />• I said Town of Redwood City, to -wit:
<br />The acquisition, construction and
<br />completion of a line of railroad or spur
<br />.track connecting with the spur track of
<br />the Redwood City Harbor Company at
<br />the foot of Chestnut street and running
<br />to the Peninsula Dock and Warehouse
<br />,property at the foot of Alain street,
<br />,which property As now being operated
<br />ed cost of said ran -

<br />five thousand ($26,000.00) dollars, gold

<br />That the total bonded Indebtedness

<br />lars, gold coin of the United States of
<br />America.
<br />.SECTION 2, It 1s further ordained
<br />,and ordered that If the proposition
<br />'herein mentioned, to Incur said In-
<br />�debtedness in said sum of twenty -flue
